The other day, I stopped by a liquor store in Tokyo, where I was sitting next to a Yonezuru Sake Brewer, who also stopped by on a whim. Aside from that, I bought this limited edition Yonesuru at a supermarket in Sendai. I drank it at room temperature, and it was absolutely delicious! It tastes like Yamagata rice! The sweetness and umami of the rice gently caresses my throat. I realized that I am still a bit of a bitch for always wanting a cold one. This one from Seven. It goes well with sake, so I feel like hoarding it.

All of them drink like a beautifully clear sky without any habit ☁️✨ Left (1) Junmai Daiginjo, homebrewed rice Kinuhikari and Miyagi yeast Middle ② Junmai Ginjo, Yamadanishiki and Miyagi yeast Right③Special Junmai Nama-junshu: Omachi and Association No.7 Ate with smoked black tea duck🦆✨ from Sokuu Sake Brewery bar The ③ shows the strength of the raw sake and goes well with the fat of the duck. (1) is a dry cloudy sake with a prickly fizzy feeling, thick but not clingy. You can't get enough of it. (2) Attack sweetness, followed by a dry prickle, standard dryness. All of them are dry and crisp orizumi that you want to drink in summer!

Tasted two kinds at Mutoya in Sendai Station. Left: (1) Gold raw glasses only. It has a smooth taste with no stickiness and a moderate acidity. More than that, most sake with gold dust in it does not contain that much gold dust, but the amount of gold dust in this one is huge and large! It's gold leaf. Is this a good price? Right: Hitakami Junmai Ginjo Gin no Iroha Daccha This is the last production this year due to product review. It is a Junmai Ginjo made from Miyagi ingredients. It has depth, umami, and a sweet aftertaste that lingers for a long time. You can enjoy this lingering taste for a while. I'll upload the glasses one for now, but both of them are my mom's favorite taste, and she raved about them! (I prefer junmai ginjo with about +1 nihon-degree)

We moved to Muto Sake Shop in Sendai Station (lol). Here you can sample about 30 kinds of Miyagi sake only (400 yen). I chose these three types. (1) Snowy Matsushima no Shirokuma ♡. It has the sweetness of nigori itself, but it is also a summery sake. The gasiness is pleasant and it lands with a refreshing taste 🫧. 2) Mizutoriki Omachi Omachi has a full-bodied breadth and umami. Sake from Kesennuma with Omachi, what a delightful combination 😍. (3) Otokoyama's Soutenden We already know this is delicious. It has a smooth, unctuous, flowing watery flavor that everyone will enjoy. This is also from Kesennuma.

100 yen tasting, Fujiwaraya in Sendai Station. Tasted Ichinokura's summer sake. It was light, sweet, and right in the middle of the flavor. It's so good you don't need anything else, but edamame and yakko are good too! The POP says it goes well with yakitori (sauce), but it goes well with anything 🌻.

At Fujiwaraya in Sendai Station, you can sample this much variety for 100 yen. It's a sweet and sour sake of the Aimyon class. When I gave it to my 83-year-old father-in-law, he peeled his eyes. It is too sour for old people, but for me it is a citric acid drink that seems to relieve my fatigue!

Purchased sake from Hatsugame's brewery for the sake competition. On a flat surface, the flavor chart is right in the middle, but from the side, the height is off the charts! It is a polished and polished drop. I was a little surprised because it is different from the Hatsukame I know. It's like my friend who wears normal clothes has put on a suit (laughs).

My mother, who is from Yamagata, keeps bringing out more and more Yamagata sake (laugh). I enjoy the marriage of smoked sea squirt and sake. I peel it out of the shell and enjoy it. It really goes well with sake. Low in calories and full of nutrients, it is the pineapple of the sea 🍍 and a tonic!

I came back to my parents' house. I will have it from Sakurabana, a favorite of my relative's uncle🌸Tsuuri-tsururi, both sake and food. The taste of organic cotton candy. Finally conquered Kagoshima 🙌 business trip souvenirs for my husband 😋 picked out by a local! The floral ginjo aroma, the juiciness of pawpaw and makwaw melon, and the supporting spiciness are wonderfully balanced. Yellow curtain on the glass wall. As the temperature settles down a bit, a chestnut-like thickness develops. The pull of the finish is also beautiful. This is a delicious one 💓 Kagoshima has good shochu, but we should reprezent more to have such a delicious one! The rest are Miyazaki, Oita, Okinawa and Kumamoto! Anything is not good, good taste is good!

I received a limited edition of 500 bottles of the test brew. It's silky like champagne and makes you happy 🫧12% so you can enjoy it 🫧The slight lees that remains adds to the sweetness of the koji and makes you feel gentle 🫧☺️ if you like otter bubbles, this is for sure 🫧! I want to reserve a bottle for toasting again, I hope it will be a standard!

This sake is fully promoted as being brewed with Niseko Comet🌾! Niseko is now the Niseko of the world, so ⛷️ description is in English. The Niseko of the world is Nise-Uni. I got some "sea urchin flavored tofu" at half price and it expires today. It has a rich sweetness and expansiveness. It has a yellow diamond-like shine and a gorgeous daiginjo-like flavor. Highly satisfying ✨

Freshness that makes it hard to believe it is fire-aged! Feminine, full and curvy body. It's like a LaFrance. It has just the right amount of juiciness. And the address of the brewery is "Shakai-cho". Just the name of the town itself sounds delicious. I looked up why the name of the town is like this 👇. The origin of the name of the town is said to be a legend of a sake well, from which sake gushed out of the well of a filial son. So it's brewed with water from such a well. It's going to be a noble sake!

It tastes like a tropical pineapple that is harvested after it is fully ripe and left out in the open for a few more days before being served. The aroma that escapes through the nose is like a blend of pawpaw and the best durian, a nostalgic smell of Jakarta's supermarkets for me. It was a drink that I enjoyed sipping and savoring the aroma as it passed through my nose.

I recently drank a light nigori version of Natsu Jungin, which is like oyster ice with white syrup, although the light cloudiness of the cotton candy somewhat diminishes the rummy feeling. We also caught the stag beetle at United Arrows! A stylish adult stag beetle! A ripe pineapple! The sweet part near the skin. I hear it's called honey lemon with the whole lemon peel in it. I've heard it called "honey lemon" with the whole lemon peel, but I guess I'm wrong. It's not thin or thick, just the right thickness that I like in my senkyo. ❤️
