Here I finally sipped my entrée (Nara's bukkake Yamato beef ginger). Yes, it's Asano Sake Shop's Rizake Fair. Thanks to them, my check-in was full of Hanaboe 🫨. This is a light nigori Yamahai. Like the previous Yamahai, is it cinnamon or ginger? I feel some kind of brown flavor 🫚 It comes in curt and sudsy. It has a good draining effect. It was written that it has citrus acidity as a characteristic, but I don't feel it so much. Maybe because it is after drinking water yeast. No, each person has his/her own way to feel the taste. That's why it's fun 😏. Enjoyed 6 kinds of sake tasting.

Hi mayu 😃 Nice job on the Hanabake sake tasting ‼️👍We received the DaI Dai a long time ago and at that time you recommended that we should try the sprash next 🤗 but we haven't 🥲I had to buy it when I saw this one! I had to buy it when I saw this 😤.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby... I often think it's a hassle to write reviews, but when I look here, I can vividly remember all the tastes of the alcoholic beverages I drank in the past. That's why I write even if it's a hassle! I wonder if it's the same for you?

It is like a little drop of syrup on the top of cottage cheese when it is made. It has a clear acidity like whey and a delicious flavor that goes down smoothly. You don't need any tsumami. Because it tastes like a combination of the knob and the alcohol 🤤. I think mizu-hashiroshi is not to everyone's liking, but I love it 🩷.

I'm still taking notes and tasting Hanaboe. The waiter didn't pour the chaser, but left the whole bottle already. Thank you for leaving it there. This basic one has a soft acidity that seems to be unfiltered, and it caresses the entire tongue. Ah, the acidity makes me salivate. Ginger sugar? Cinnamon sugar? A little brown umami is the magic of the brewer's yeast 🫚.

With numbering. Natural selection 2023 spring. The entrée is smoked Yoshino deer, also from Nara🦌. A real surprise! The taste of amazake tops! My mom is an expert amazake maker. The day after she makes amazake, she opens the lid of her Le Creuset and finds yesterday's amazake has cooled down to the water, and she gently scoops up just the clear top clear liquid and drinks it. The taste! I have never tasted this flavor in sake before. You don't feel the 21% alcohol content! The sweetness of the rice is deep! Gentle! I miss my mama 🤱Such a mother earth type 🌾.

Next! No one comes near me as I am tasting while taking notes. Thank you for leaving me alone. If Splash is the core of pineapple, this is the very flesh 🍍 juicy pineapple flavor of dark joie de vivre. No bitterness, sweet and sour. Two active nigori, both the core and the pulp are delicious 🫧.

Comparison of Hanaboe! I love the phrase "active" and I'm an acidity lover, so Hanaba is a don't miss ❤️ First, let's start with splash. Wow 🤤this tastes like dried pineapple made from pineapple core sold at Seijo Ishii or Yamaya! A little bitterness, a little sourness and sweetness 🫧 just like that! Adult Joie de vivre, pineapple core flavor 🍍.

Heavy and delicious, dry and full-bodied. Gentle acidity and cashew nut sweetness. The taste changes as it goes from chilled to room temperature, so this is a raw sake that will be very different when heated 🤔. The cap has the words "Edikichi" (みちにしかしかればきち) on it. Furoizumi's commitment = Yamahai brewing, aging, no added yeast (brewer's yeast), and wooden vat tenbin Shibori. You can feel the brewery's "Edikichi" spirit. But still, it is scary to have a bottle of sake in the fridge because you can't tell how much sake you have 😱. Postscript The third day after opening the sealed bottle, the sweet acidity and umami spread is Wonderful! It's getting mellow and umami, deep and dry and juicy 😍.

Good evening, MAYU. Burozumi looks delicious! I'm sure it would taste even better if it were heated up. I can only buy fire-roasted because we don't have a place to put it. I'm curious to know how you put it in!

Good evening, Hirupeko-san. I got both this Furoizumi raw and purple label fire-brewed in a bottle. The raw sake is laying on an angle in the vegetable compartment, with frozen cut vegetables and moved around. I'd like to put it vertically, but it's impossible!

Continued. I'm thrilled that it tastes a little better every day than when I just opened it. I'm curious to see what the purple label tastes like, but I'll open it after I finish this one. I get sleepy easily when I heat it up, so I'll try it during the daytime on my days off.

First time in Osaka from my husband 🙌. Ooh, that's spicy. It's so spicy. I'd love to chivvie it with eel, sukiyaki, or saikyo-yaki as a food sake. It's a very masculine sake: 👨🏻 The rest are Kagoshima, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Oita, and Okinawa. I'm in Tokyo, so I can buy it at an antenna store, but my rule is to wait for a chance to meet someone 😏.

There are small bottles 🤫. 'I don't know what kind of booze it is because of the POP on the neck' I don't know any information about WW other than it's Gold Award #1. This paper that you often see is called "neck hanging POP". Shouldn't it be "Sake no Yodaregake"? 🤤. The banana feel of the thick Junmai, the hot exhalation through the nose and mouth. It has a strength that is typical of Hida. I'm happy when I come across a good sake in a small bottle.

Narukuchi means "sake lover" in the Edo dialect. We had a special junmai sake, which is only distributed to restaurants in Tokyo, with a side dish of "wasabi-zuke" made from Sawanoi's sake lees and wasabi from Okutama (a region of Tama). One sip and the Junmai Tropical World unfolds. The juicy taste is a salty blend of pawpaw and papaya. This is the kind of sake you want to roll up your sleeves and enjoy drinking while soaking up the memories of Golden Week. I was working Golden Week too though 😂 soak in the memories of work 🫶.

The summer sake from Okutama has already passed my throat🙌A side dish of pickled wasabi from Okutama with Sawanoi sake lees✨! The sweet viscosity of the rice runs through my mouth. The balance of the melon melon type flavor and acidity. It reminds me of the makuwa 🌻 that are served during the Obon festival, you know, summer sake. I'm curious.

We will compare three kinds of Ozawa Shuzo, famous for Sawanoi. This one is a junmai ginjo-shu that is crystal clear, silky, and sweet like spring water. This silky sweetness brings back memories! I remember when I lived in Indonesia and drank it with freshly picked coconuts! Oh, I would drink it like water😍.

This is my first Tokushima for some reason. The foaming sensation is weak, but there are more micro bubbles, so it has a strong silky sensation 👏 No habit, no stickiness, sweet and soft taste of koji. I want to refill 3 more cups. When I lifted the bottle, the lees formed a nice wave like the illustration on the label 🌊✨maybe the size and amount of lees is calculated to create this wave 🤔 if so, brilliant 🌊🙌
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィ
Hi mayu 😃 Congratulations on your first Tokushima ㊗️ 🎉Let's go for 4 more 🤗😆😆 You noticed it well! The size of the lees is precisely calculated based on hydrodynamics to make this wave 🌊🥸. I don't know 🤣

This is a collaboration with Arrows! But aside from that, the creature called sake is amazing! The "passion red" on the far left and the "cool blue" in the center have the exact same rice, water, and polish, but they have completely different tastes depending on whether they are made with a "sake yeast" or a "fast brewing" process. They are fraternal twins. Two different people with the same beauty👫. The 🩷 of passion is the sweetness of the rice and the mild acidity. A lovely peachy taste with a jellied feel. It's like a Dior gloss. This one is a sake yeast yeast. It's delicious! The cold sake 🩵 smells like Shaoxing sake. When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong sour and umami taste, and saliva flows out from the back of your jaw. This is a fast brew! I was surprised at how different it is! I want all mankind to know about it! You will definitely be fascinated by sake!

SENKOKU x UNITED ARROWS Drinking Comparison😍. First is the bottle on the far right. Sakura Fukiyuki" is 100🌾 Yamadanishiki from Domaine Sakura When I turn the glass around and put my nose close to it, I can smell the aroma of salted rice bran! I sipped it with a sense of excitement. The clear acidity and throat-piercing bitterness are the acidity and bitterness of spring, which has endured the harshness of winter! Don't lick it, this is spring! Maybe it is the thickness of the original sake, or maybe it is the fact that all three bottles have the same alcohol content, but this one is by far the most intoxicating 🤤.

Spring dragonfly came from Izumihashi Shuzo and we captured it 🌸The size and amount of this exquisite lees that must have been calculated. The feeling of dancing cherry blossoms is well expressed ✨. In the mouth, what is this? Complex and strange taste. The ginjo aroma is mixed with various other flavors, and I was somewhat surprised that the taste was different from what I expected. After all, it's not a simple matter of dragonflies coming in spring 🤔I'm learning this again.

I think that the taste of brewer's yeast is the same as the taste of the hands that stir the salted rice-bran paste. The taste of the salted rice-bran paste changes depending on the hand that stirs it. The salted rice ball that grandma used to make is not just the taste of salt, but the taste in the palm of your hand. I also feel the magical warmth of kurazuki yeast. The silky bubbles from the secondary fermentation in the bottle, the assertive acidity, and the motherly gentleness of the yeast and the sake yeast mother make this sparkling wine a true ode to the earth. I could cry 🥺.

The aroma of core white sake tickles the princess's heart. In the mouth, the taste of white sake is as gentle as expected. This is the first time I tasted it. I have not drunk from this square, but it tastes like sawdust. Tastes like a wood yard. Dried rosemary? If I were to pair this with a smoked cheese, it would be a smoked cheese. Hurdling, I learned a lot.
