This is a sake that an acquaintance of mine had prepared as a souvenir during our trip to Kochi.
I had never heard of this brand, but it was made by a sake brewer famous for "Aki Tora.
The aroma was gorgeous with a hint of rice. The fruity and elegant sweetness stands out, and the aftertaste is clean and dry. When the temperature is raised a little, it has a lactic acid bacteria taste. 遥瑛チチGood evening, Gracie 🌆.

Exactly as one would expect from a Tosa sake🍶, it is light and dry.
It is almost fruity and has a clean and crisp taste.
I would have preferred a little more alcohol, but this kind of sake is also good once in a while.
