In order of what I drank
⚫︎ Bikuyo Special Junmai
Clear sweetness. I can gulp it down like Pocari.
⚫︎ Tosa Shiragiku Bokuchiri Special Junmai
The mouthfeel raises the body temperature a little. Mushrooms? A little damp aroma with mushrooms on the nose 🍄.
⚫︎ drunken-gei Takaiiku 54 Junmai Ginjo
Simple and clear taste with herbiness, acidity, spiciness and sweetness supporting each other well.
⚫︎ Kaygetsu Aikawa Homare Yamahai Junmai
It has the yellow color and richness of Yamahai. Not much acidity. If you are not told that it is Yamahai, you may not recognize it except for its appearance.
⚫︎Kurei Dry Junmai
Slightly dry. It has a mysterious acidity and richness.
⚫︎ Akano Itaro Ginjo
I liked it best 😍 spiciness, sweetness and acidity. Expansive sweetness, thickness and fullness. Another one! ジェイ&ノビィHi mayu 😃.
You can't go wrong with katsuo and Tosa sake 🍶👍.
Akano Itaro! It's an Italian_🇮🇹 style Ikeoji-like name 😄I'd like to drink more of this delicious 😋🤗. mayuGood evening, Jay & Nobby! Itari 🇮🇹 and Itaro 🇯🇵 😆 one big difference between the two letters.
The founder of the predecessor brewery was named Itaro. He looks like Girolamo...if he had a face, he would be the best! 🥸. RI had it with mizutaki, but I think it might be the best match. ☝️ with yuzu kosho and ponzu, ダイアン大好きおじさんIt is light but still peachy. It's sweet, but doesn't get in the way with food. Quite to my liking. じゅんじゅんTosa Cuisine Izakaya in Okayama, Japan, is a limited liquor store. ウィリーA special kind of Aki Tora no Kura.
This was also delicious water.

This is a sake that an acquaintance of mine had prepared as a souvenir during our trip to Kochi.
I had never heard of this brand, but it was made by a sake brewer famous for "Aki Tora.
The aroma was gorgeous with a hint of rice. The fruity and elegant sweetness stands out, and the aftertaste is clean and dry. When the temperature is raised a little, it has a lactic acid bacteria taste. 遥瑛チチGood evening, Gracie 🌆.

Exactly as one would expect from a Tosa sake🍶, it is light and dry.
It is almost fruity and has a clean and crisp taste.
I would have preferred a little more alcohol, but this kind of sake is also good once in a while.
