The other day I had the First Edition and this time I had the Trial Edition😍.
The moment I put it in my mouth, I could taste the richness of the flavor ✨.
The basic taste is clear, but the sweetness and acidity are very clear ❗
Maybe it's because I was drinking something lighter earlier, but the richness and depth of the flavor is very nice. 👍️

I tried this one too because it was so good!
The rice used for the sake was "Hanasoui" and this is "Akita Sake Komachi".
The taste is similar, but this one has a little more sweetness, umami, and acidity 🤔.

Koshi Fair at Asano Sake Shop ⤴️
I had a great hit🎯 with the Risshun Asashibori last year and this year, so I rushed to the Koshi Fair (^^)v
The first one is this one which looks very spring-like.
It says "spring-like aroma" on the bottle, and it certainly has a gorgeous aroma, spring notwithstanding✨.
The fresh, slightly carbonated mouthfeel and mild sweetness really hit the spot 😋.
