We selected this one to finish with a refreshing DRY type drink!
This is the first time for me to drink ALPHA1 DRY, but it is characterized by a very high acidity and is perfect for closing 👌.
It has a dry white wine-like mouthfeel and would go well with Western food 🍽️ ‼️

I'm familiar with the name Chan, but we've never met before 😅.
I'm not sure if it's a cold-aged autumn sake, but I didn't realize it was a raw sake 🤔.
It's as fruity and delicious as I expected 😍
If I were to compare the two, "Aoi Hoshi" is a little refreshing and has a gentle sweet taste, while "Junbi" is a little fuller and more impressive.
This one was my favorite on the day. ☝️
But I guess tastes change depending on your physical condition, don't they?

I was afraid to try this sake on the rocks because I thought it would be too strong, but I found that I could drink it on the rocks 👌👌.

In Japan, wine is also becoming nigori (unfiltered wine), which seems to be influenced by sake 🥂 ☝️
I wanted to drink this sparkling first as a toast 🥂🙄.
