100% Yamada-Nishiki from Hagi Abu, 40% polished rice
A product of the Hagi Sake Rice Migaki Cooperative Association.
Six local brewing companies take turns brewing it each year.
This year, Sumikawa Shuzo was in charge of the brewery, and I was fortunate enough to purchase a bottle.
It has a sweet taste typical of Toyo Bijin. It is easy to drink with a modern taste, and when I recommended it to my colleagues, it was well received.
I had checked in without a review because the picture I had when I installed Sake-no-wa was also blurry, but it was a good sake, so I updated it.
