I got Tenshi at the store in Kagoshima, so I bought this one for home drinking ๐Ÿถ. Sake made by a shochu brewery. Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15 Aroma is a little floral, taste is a unique type of umakuchi ๐Ÿค”I'm not very good at it, but ๐Ÿ’ฆ. Soft and easy to drink with a little bitterness added in the aftertaste ๐Ÿ˜€. I don't think I feel much acidity. I served it with peanut tofu and sautรฉed pork ๐Ÿท, which I got in Okayama and is a local dish in Kagoshima. The peanut tofu and raw vegetables went well together ๐Ÿ˜Š.

Good morning, soumacho ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. Kagoshima indeed! Is the shochu brewery the main ๐Ÿ˜… local sake goes well with the local snacks ๐Ÿ˜‹. I'm curious about the peanut๐Ÿฅœ tofu!

Good morning, Jay & Nobby ๐Ÿ˜€. The label says it's for use in the evolution of shochu, good to know ๐Ÿ˜Š. Peanut Tofu ๐Ÿฅœ has the taste of peanuts without the sweetness and the texture is tofu. It's like a perfect combination ๐Ÿ˜„.
