The silver one on the right was served hot. Soft and a little sour. It is delicious with a strong rice flavor. It was cold outdoors, so the hot sake soaked through. Suginomori Sake Brewery had a stall at the event being held on December 14 and 15 in front of Matsumoto Parco. The car is equipped with a sake server and is usually parked in front of a bar called sagyobar near the sake brewery in Naraiyado. When I went to Naraijuku the other day, I was on a break. When I told him that I was on a break, he apologized to me. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. Cedar forest is very expensive, so I took this opportunity to meet them for a drink.

This is a high-class sake, sold in a single bottle for 5,500 yen. It is slightly effervescent and easy to drink. It has a mouthfeel like natural water, and I can say with certainty that there is no one who does not like it. It is 14 degrees, so even though it can be drunk like water, you have to drink it in small sips due to its high quality.

This is a tax return gift from Furusato. We chose this sake because of the impressive phrase "water from the mountain, the closest sake to the sky. It has an aroma of unripe fruit, but the assertion is gentle, and the first sip gives a sharp impression. It is slightly tangy, with a mild sweetness and a clear acidic stimulation, which fits the image of a clear stream in the mountains of Shinshu. It is sharp and clear. We got some nice long hijiki, so we made tempura and had it with some very tasty fresh shirasu (baby sardines). It is a good night on the first day of a three-day weekend.

After the stickers were gone I was strolling around the venue I found a warehouse I was told that PayPay would be fine, so I I drank some more! (5 stickers equivalent ❗️) There are two brands, the refreshing Yamae Nishiki and the sweet Kinmon Nishiki. There were two brands of sweet Kinmon Nishiki Try Kinmon-nishiki A brewery in Shiojiri that restarted last fall. Shiojiri is located at an altitude of 1000m above sea level and is a post town along the Nakasendo Highway. They want to play a role as a town revitalization. Kinmon-nishiki from Azumino, 14% alcohol by volume No.7 yeast It has a sweet taste and a full-bodied, mellow mouthfeel. I want to drink this in a wine glass I want to drink it in a wine glass. It's a good impression. I'll buy it next time ‼️

At the Dawn of the Young. In my opinion, this is my favorite sake among those we drank this time. It has a strong umami flavor. I had the gold label one last time at the restaurant, but this one is much richer and tastier. Oh, it's so delicious handsome!

Sake (1) that we drank at Sushi Sakai Two bottles of 🍶 we drank at Sushi Sakai. This is delicious! 🥰🥰🥰🥰. I felt the same way when I drank Morishima sake before, but I have the impression that the flavor expands in layers as you drink it 🤔 Sake just keeps getting better and better!
