This is my first time drinking Shikanaru.
As a Harushika lover, I would like to try this sake at least once.
It is much heavier than Harushika. It is not as fruity as Harushika, but I got the impression that it is thicker.
☀️
It has a light sweetness and a passing acidity 😚.
The ginjo aroma passes through the nose.
At the end, the flavor disappears and the aroma remains, and it's whiffy. ☺️
Oh, this is an easy-drinking type. Omachi.
I couldn't read it, so I asked for something that looks like a deer squealing, but it's Rokumei from Rokumeikan.
At the sake brewery tour. Kaoru Sake. It is Aizan, the second brand of Harushika's Shikanaru! It has a clean aftertaste but a complex flavor and sweetness mixed with mellowness, and I really liked it. It is a pity that only one bottle is sold anymore.
The last sake we opened last year was a bottle of Shikanaru🦌 from Uamai Uamai!
It was a souvenir from Umaumai's trip to Hokkaido last year 😂.
And it's a sake that I've never seen before!
Thank you so much, mai mai mai 🙇.
Imanishi Seibeibei Shoten brews Harushika! I had a preconceived image of Harushika as a dry sake, but the Shikanaru has a nice gentle sweetness and umami flavor 😋 with a great balance 🎵.
Umaumaiyamai, it was great✨!
Sake tasting at Harushika Brewery 🍶.
The name "Harushika" is not used at all.
It tastes tight but easy to drink. ✌️
This was the first sake I tasted and it made a big impact on me.
