My wife has a slight taste disorder, but since she couldn't spend time at her parents' house 😊, we treated her to another New Year's meal 🎍.
The wine to go with it was "Kyo no Hana" purchased at our favorite liquor store in Kushiro, Sagajo Shoten.
I was torn between this and "Tatsusen" brewed by the same brewery, neither of which I had ever tasted before, but I chose this one because of the "fantastic rice" description 😊.
Kyo no Hana No.1! There really are a lot of different sake rice varieties available: ‼️
It has a sharpness that is typical of Fukushima sake, but at the same time, it has a moist and gradually delicious flavor 😋.
