It has a gorgeous(?) sweetness at first and a very refreshing aftertaste. It has a sweet taste at first, and the aftertaste is very refreshing.
I would like to enjoy it as a light snack or by itself.
My wife has a slight taste disorder, but since she couldn't spend time at her parents' house 😊, we treated her to another New Year's meal 🎍.
The wine to go with it was "Kyo no Hana" purchased at our favorite liquor store in Kushiro, Sagajo Shoten.
I was torn between this and "Tatsusen" brewed by the same brewery, neither of which I had ever tasted before, but I chose this one because of the "fantastic rice" description 😊.
Kyo no Hana No.1! There really are a lot of different sake rice varieties available: ‼️
It has a sharpness that is typical of Fukushima sake, but at the same time, it has a moist and gradually delicious flavor 😋.
Hello, Mr. King of Noodles and Liquor ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I'm glad your wife is recovering 😁.
I still think the aftereffects of corona are scarier than the symptoms during the disease 💦.
I was wondering 😲 if it's a Fukushima sake with "Kyo no Hana", but it's a brand name taken from sake rice ✨.
Hi Noodle Wine King, ☀️
I'm glad your wife is recovering from her Corona ✨
I'm sure you'll want to drink some of that fantastic rice 😆 New Year's dishes and sake with a delicious taste will go great together 🤤.
I hope your taste buds will return to normal soon. ‼️
Hi Gyve 😃.
My wife is fully recovered from the aftereffects 😆.
I think the brand name is from the sake rice, but I often get confused about the brand name when I post! Is it a "Kyo no Hana" brand or is it sub-titled "Tatsusen" - Kyo no Hana" 😅.
Mr. Noodle Drink King
Good morning...
I'm glad your wife is fully recovered😊It's hard to deal with the aftereffects not only of corona 💦I'm interested in this sake because of its Kyoto-like name and taste 🤩There are many kinds of sake rice 😁.
Kyo-no-Hana from the sake bag I bought in Fukushima.
It is sweet but not too sweet, so it is very tasty.
Today I paired it with chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), grilled hanpen cheese with mentaiko (cod roe), and ahi jio with nori (dried seaweed), all of which went very well together.
It is a very tasty, clean and crisp sake. It is a well-balanced and good food sake. It went well with chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and ahi jus. ★★★★
First time to drink in Fukushima. So, this is a sake from Inawashiro, Fukushima.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it is gorgeous. It is very pleasant. It has a sweet taste with a nice aftertaste. It is a sake for spring.
Kyo no Hana No. 1 spring sake,
Refreshing flowery aroma and refreshing acidity.
Not like a fruit, but really like a flower.
I have never had anything else with this aroma.
I think it will be popular among women. I recommend it.
Tatsusen Junmai Ginjo Kyonohana. Kyo-no-hana is the sake rice used, and is said to be a fantastic rice. It has a mellow, sweet taste with a hint of ginjo aroma. I had an image of Tatsusen as a more dry sake, so this is a bit surprising.
