ELST-PIZARRO
The name "Comet (Char)" reminds me of a certain Mobile Suit, but this series is all derived from the name of a comet.
The name of this series is derived from the name of a comet, and the brand name "Comet" has that meaning.
And this is the first time I've had this limited edition. I was excited to open the bottle.
The aroma is slightly sweet and fruity.
The first sip left me with the impression that it was... a Jyushiro?
If you've had both, you'll be able to relate.
It's moderately milky and light on the palate, but it also has plenty of umami, and when it finally kicks in with a dry base, you realize that this is different from the Jyuoshiyo.
Although the alcohol content is low at 13 degrees, the thick flavor of the Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture and the fact that it is undiluted sake give the impression that it has a contoured quality that is easy to get into but still delicious.
It was an interesting and delicious bottle.
