しょうたそ
My personal No.1 in the hiyaoroshi category.
At this time of year, when the lineup at the store is shifting from hiyaoroshi to nama-shu, we took a look back.
I drank more hiyaoroshi this year than last year, including some that I haven't uploaded, but it's my personal favorite, and it's far and away the best.
It is the same as Shinsei, a low alcohol version that is undiluted sake at 13 degrees.
It has a fresh fruit aroma, and when you drink it, you get a clear sweetness with some minerality, and the umami that follows. It has a clear sweetness with some minerality.
The bottle is also stylish.
The taste of the brewer shines through. When I think about it, the kasumi nama-shu was also delicious, and the new nama-shu that's coming out now should be absolutely delicious, so I have to buy this.
