しょうたそ
A rare bottle.
It is brewed at the Hekiun brewery in Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, and is basically a regional sake that can only be purchased in Tokachi.
It's basically a regional sake that can only be purchased in Tokachi, but if it's available at a limited number of stores, there's no choice but to buy it. The Tokachi that I bought before with different specifications was delicious, so I had high expectations.
It has a milky aroma derived from rice.
The sweetness is moderate, but the freshness and deliciousness come rushing in. There is no fruitiness, and the fact that it is made from rice is clearly evident in the structure, which is both modern and classic. It can be enjoyed on its own, but because of its rich and creamy quality, I thought it would go well with Tokachi's famous pork bowl.
