Sake seems to be used as part of the brewing water, and it has an extremely sweet taste reminiscent of koji amazake. It was too sweet to continue drinking as is, so we started drinking it on the rocks or with carbonated water. The koji aroma, softly sweet and sour, similar to the green plum of plum wine, and I also feel a hint of bitterness😌. We enjoyed it with spicy curry 😋.

At the end of May, I had captured it early with the members of the Tochigi Prefectural People's Association, but I refrained from drinking it when it became too hot to handle 🤗. I drank it cold and it was ⁈Supper😣💦. I was surprised at how sour it was because I was looking for something as sweet and sour as honey🍯lemon🍋❗️ On the contrary, if it's this sour, I think I can expect it to relieve fatigue 😉Nante 🤭I liked it when the temperature was cooler and it was sweeter😚.

The sake that was pre-released at "CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2024" is finally released🤗I was holding off on drinking it on a hot 〰︎ day 🤭. The sake was brewed with Nikko's Goshinsui (divine water) and delivered as freshly squeezed as possible.......................... It is reasonably priced for a Junmai Daiginjo and the label is cute 😘The first glass on the first day of opening is a strong gassy sensation that hits you right in the throat and makes you gasp in the mouth. The second and third glasses I poured, the bubbles subsided to the level of a Fanta. Soft pineapple-like ginjo aroma? I also detected a hint of melon and muscat. It is not too sweet, and it was so delicious that I wanted to drink it in gulps 😚.

Good evening, Kotaro-san 🐥. Compared to the Hououmida wine cellar, which is sparkling but has a silky gasiness... I was surprised by the gasiness on the first day, which was so lively that I could enjoy it through my throat 😆 On the third day, the remaining 1 gou was a little bit sweet and tasty 🥰.

Ars 🚃Thanks for your time 🐥. The first day you open the bottle, you need to tilt the glass and pour gently or it will be a bit foamy 😆 It was a new sensation to have this much bubbles without any indication of secondary fermentation in the bottle 🤭Please drink it as soon as possible!

At room temperature. The ginjo aroma has a slight apple, apricot, and hay aroma. It has a ginjo aroma with a hint of apple, apricot, and hay, and goes down the throat easily with a soft mouthfeel. It has a slight sweetness and bitterness, a light, clear acidity, followed by umami and full-bodied flavor. It has a gentle taste with a subdued aroma, somewhere between modern and classic. A light and refreshing aftertaste due to the effect of the alsobe and acidity. The calm taste that accompanies food gently makes you feel relaxed 😌.

From the supernatant...a slight white grape or green apple type fresh sweet and sourness and umami~. Slightly alu feel. Sparkling and firmly pithy 🫧. The next day...even with the oli mixed in, the bitterness is not so great, and the alu-ness felt the first day blends in nicely, becoming thick, milky, sweet and tasty ↪SFAE7↩.

The vividness of the royal 🟦 blue is stunning. It's Sentori! The logo is also really cool ❗️ The culmination of old and new manufacturing.... Be careful when opening the bottle or it will spew 💥. The aroma is subdued, but there are faint hints of banana? Pear aroma? It has a light gassy feeling and goes down smoothly, but it is dry! But it also has a hint of strawberry? But it is sweet and sour with a hint of strawberry. There is also a slight grain and rice bran flavor, like that found in Nigori. The low polish gives it a rice flavor...with a lingering bitterness that gives it a greeful feeling. I like the casual enjoyment of bubbly sake.

Your first Narumi (Narumi) CWS, welcome with a nice label🤗. It has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of green apple, muscatel, and lychee. It has a gentle lactic acidity, a silky, slightly cloudy gasiness, a slight peachy sweetness, and a subtle salty and umami flavor. The fruity astringency and acidity, with a clean and crisp aftertaste, made a good impression on us.

March 15. As it is a day of great luck, which comes only a few days a year, I went to visit my local Omae Ebisu Shrine ⛩️ The sky was clear and blue, the smell of plum blossoms was in the air, and I felt refreshed. I prayed for peace and gratitude. Third picture: Ebisu-sama, about 20 meters high The 4th picture, a motorcycle ema, is very rare 🙄. We stopped at a sake store on our way back home🤗. The aroma is mild. It has a very slight graininess, a slightly sweet and bitter cocoa taste, umami, and a firm acidity, and after swallowing it, you feel your throat get very hot. Perhaps it is the effect of the acidity, but the aftertaste is so refreshing that you do not feel the al 18 degrees.

The low-polished grain aroma is a little bit annoying, but the taste is calm and mature 🤔. I had it at room temperature, but I think it is best served warm. It has a mild taste due to its three-year aging. The richness and umami spread slowly, and the taste reminds me of an old house.... The sweet and sour taste follows, and it slowly fades away. It has a slightly dry aftertaste.

Inspired by Hirupeko's review of Sanko Tenshi... I welcomed it because I wanted to taste "spicy" 🤗. It has a Shaoxing wine-like flavor, with a savory aged aroma like miso barrels, and a sweet but spicy flavor reminiscent of brown sugar and buckwheat honey... I thought, "This is it! ⁉︎. The acidity comes on strong, and you can feel the spread of the flavor. If I were to describe it in terms of genre, I would say that it is a strong and peculiar type. It has a robust flavor, but it is not sticky and has a refreshing aftertaste. I enjoyed it with some jumbo dumplings (🥟) I bought at a souvenir store in the station building on my way home from a recent sake and wine event. Warmed up and cooled down...a hint of bitter chocolate appeared!

The label design gives it a classical image...but there is no gasiness.
