The quality of the sake is light. It has a long-aged, soft mouthfeel. It has a soft, long-aged mouthfeel with hints of banana, apricots, figs, wood...maybe a hint of caramel? Slight caramel? It has a slightly bitter, calm sweet and sour taste and a full aroma. The aftertaste is a lingering sourness similar to that of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. Enjoy the aroma while sipping it.

I was thinking back to that time 🥺 and thinking how wonderful it is that there is a sake with a fruity taste 🥺... I knew it had already passed, so I picked it up 🤗.
This time, I was a little bit concerned about the graininess mixed with the plastickiness. I could taste the full-bodied acidity characteristic of sake yeast while the activity was weak.
The third one, Ajitama kelp water tsukemen (soy sauce) ことりSomewhat subdued fruitiness of green banana and melon type as described on the back, with a discreet yet chili-like feel. This is the first Black Impact.
The flavor is full of both umami and sweetness, and the aroma is green apple-like. It can be served with a wide range of foods, and when paired with yuba or wasabi, it enhances the flavor of the food. On the other hand, it also goes surprisingly well with snacks such as Doritos and Jagarico. This is a bottle that shines for its versatility. All of the "Sagata" wines have a truly wonderful umami flavor.

I thought yuba and wasabi would go well together 😋, but I didn't expect snacks to go well together😅I'll try it next time 🤗. ことりIt is juicy with a gentle sweetness reminiscent of bananas and muscats. ことりThere were two bottles of active sake on sale side by side and I was hesitant to try this one because I had never had it before 🤗.
The gas was not so much that it was gassy, but rather a gentle chili shuwa...a little tropical fruitiness, just the right amount of sweetness, and a slightly crisp aftertaste 😉.
Lunch was cold cappellini at Joli Fat!

I was so impressed by Nozomu's active Nama Nigori (Nama Hashimoto Junmai Akita Sake Komachi) that I got hooked on Sake 🤭Saito Sake Shop has the best selection 💡We'll be waiting for your visit to Tochigi 🤗. しんたろMy first Kido, my first Wakayama sake. I drank it cold. It has a sharp green apple aroma and a minty aroma. The green apple aroma seems to be a characteristic of Association 9 yeast. The taste was sour at first, but later the umami flavor was detected. The aroma also leaves the nose, and this is probably the return aroma. It tasted like watery grated daikon (Japanese radish). It also has a watery, grated daikon (Japanese radish) flavor.
It is made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki, and the rice polishing ratio is 50% even though it is jungin. The name "Kido Kid" is derived from the "climate of Kishu," "free and innocent like a child," and the desire to "nurture young drinkers.

I heard it won the top prize in the ginjo-shu category at the Kanto Shinetsu 6 prefecture sake competition 🤭The [Shizuku] that Beta Alanin was already drinking was sold out, but I wanted to pick it up just to get a taste of the atmosphere 🤗.
It has a soft mouthfeel, and the top aroma reminds me of white peach and pineapple. While you can feel the alu aroma softly, you can also feel a lingering mild bitterness after the moist and transparent sweetness 😌.

It is reasonably priced for a Junmai Daiginjo and the label is cute 😘The first glass on the first day of opening is a strong gassy sensation that hits you right in the throat and makes you gasp in the mouth. The second and third glasses I poured, the bubbles subsided to the level of a Fanta.

The aroma is subdued, but there are faint hints of banana? Pear aroma? It has a light gassy feeling and goes down smoothly, but it is dry! But it also has a hint of strawberry? But it is sweet and sour with a hint of strawberry.
