Amidst the lineup of fall sake, I looked towards the end and saw Kuyou Masamune's Summer Nama ⁈Mekke⁈ 👀!
I was so excited that I picked up a bottle of Kuyomasa Sake, believing that it would last 4 months at 0℃ in the liquor store's fridge 🤗.
The slightly plum-like aroma is probably an aged aroma. The silky chili taste on the tongue, the rich sweetness, and the citrus acidity that hits the throat....
It was a deeply flavored sake that I would definitely like to taste the fresh version 😌.

I was surprised and happy to see Kuyou Masamune in a place like this 😳😳The owner is a graduate of Tokyo University of Agriculture, so they mainly have sake related to that university 🤗.
