It's hard to describe 🤔, it's a light, refreshing koji amazake with a dumpling powder-like taste and a unique flavor hidden in it.
The aftertaste was a calm taste with a medium mouthfeel reminiscent of greefre from bitter chocolate with flavors of cocoa and citrus 😌.
