It had a citrusy aroma. There was sweetness and then bitterness. It had a sharp aftertaste with sourness. It was delicious.
Two years ago, I used to drink this sake between beers because I liked its richness.
It has been a long time since I last drank Masumi, but today it was just a regular tasty sake. I wondered if the recent sake is no longer the traditional sake or if my taste buds have changed.
I hadn't had Kubota sake in a really long time. It had a faint citrus aroma. The taste was very drinkable and watery without being strong or assertive.

Strangely enough, being wrapped in newspaper makes me want to buy it. Various words were lined up and I bought it.
I first felt the sourness and then the umami.
Many things happened suddenly today, but I am thankful to God and everyone for allowing me to drink sake at home as usual.
I hope to be able to enjoy drinking sake again tomorrow.
I drank it for the first time. It is Urakasumi. The label describes it as a sweet and sour, slightly light junmai sake. The alcohol content is 9 degrees. It was overshadowed by the yuzu ponzu vinegar I used in my cod chili.
It was good for eating without any relation to the meal. For the sake, we had a bottle of Kozaemon, which was opened two days ago.
We happened to purchase a sake from Tokushima Prefecture.
As it was a rare opportunity, I prepared the sake with sauteed chicken with lemon sauce, Caesar salad, and salty cheese (blue cheese), just as it says on the label.
It is true that the sourness and sweetness of the sake were outstanding. It tasted completely different from the usual sake.
It was a strange taste, but I enjoyed it and drank it all.
I had it for the first time.
It had a citrusy aroma. It had a sour and sweet taste and was delicious.
After pouring, fine bubbles were seen on the glass wall. I didn't feel any bubbles.
It was rich, sweet and tasty.
I drank it on the rocks as recommended.
It was delicious.
Until recently, I was not at all interested in sake in cups or cans. I have been drinking small amounts of sake recently because I can buy a wide variety of sake close at hand.
There was a slight aroma of sweet melon. Only the sweetness was accentuated by the aroma of the yuzu ponzu vinegar used in the mizutaki.
I think I drank it at the wrong time.
It was a strange and delicious drink.
The sweet aroma at first was followed by a sour taste that spread to a bitter taste at the end. This was the wife's impression after tasting just one sip.
I didn't notice much of an aroma. I felt a complex flavor. It is a strange sake that leaves a sour taste in the mouth after eating Nikki candies. As a food sake, I could drink it as much as I wanted.
According to the photo record, I drank Nitoshi Jungin 3 years and 10 months ago at home, but I have no recollection of how I purchased it, and I am amazed at my poor memory.
I purchased this sake a month ago at the Fukushima Prefecture Tourism Products Center. According to the label, the sake was aged at a low temperature for a certain period of time.
It had a subtle citrus aroma. It tasted sour and bitter, followed by umami.
Last night it was this sake served at Akiu Onsen.
Tonight we drank this sake served at Naruko Onsenkyo.
It was given to me by a lady at Kawatabi Onsen.
Today's impression was a gentle aroma, a hint of acidity, and a gentle umami taste. It is a different impression every time, but it was just as delicious as last night's.
The weather was fine and we took a drive to Akiu Onsen near Sendai.
After eating "Dashihoro Hoya Dashi Ramen" at the Akiu Grand Hotel, we stopped by the Agri-enomori for some shopping.
We bought some food such as fried tofu from Ota Tofu, shiitake mushrooms from Akiu, and sake, which we enjoyed in the evening.
The sake was "Akiumai", which I had never seen before. I had never seen this before. According to the label, it is made from rice grown in a clear stream and grown to conserve the Akiho environment. Akiumai" means "rice. Aki-Umai. I was impressed by the name.
My impression was that it was a delicious sake with a delicious flavor. According to the wife who only tasted a sip, it has a nice aroma, acidity, and a sharp aftertaste. I would like to drink it again.
I am a local but this is the first label I have seen. It was indeed the quintessential super dry with a clean aftertaste.
It has been about half a year since I joined Sakenowa. I have tasted many different sakes, but today I felt like I wanted a little more sweetness.
The taste of sake I like changes from day to day, and I have lost track of what I like. Sake for food is very deep.

Today was the first time I learned that Urakasumi produces seasonal, honjozo sake. I was surprised that there are so many things I didn't know about even local sake.
I didn't know what the aroma and fresh taste of new sake was, but I enjoyed it.
I am glad that the Asakai I had last night did not give me a bad taste.
The supernatant was delicious. After that, I mixed it and drank it normally. It was fluffy on the tongue and mild on the palate.
Nigori sake is always sweet and delicious.
When I was a student, I sometimes drank doburoku with great relish and got so drunk that I vomited. I thought it was a waste to make it a daiginjo, but I guess I will find out the effect and value of it tomorrow when I feel better.
It had a discreet aroma. It had a dry mouthfeel with a hint of acidity and little sweetness, and the aftertaste was refreshing.
I thought it would be good to taste it with something that does not have a strong flavor.
It seems that only a small number of bottles are available, and I have never seen it before.
I felt that I could drink as much sake as I wanted.
It is the Izakaya Shinkansen that I had longed for.
I bought the "Sasamaki Engawa Sushi" that Hidetaka Kano talked about at Sendai Station and drank Zao. It was fruity and delicious. Everything tastes better on the train.
Unlike what I had seen on TV, the table was narrow and I had a hard time setting it up. Now I see that the table in front of me was about 1.5 times wider than the one in front of me.
Sasakamama3-san Good evening 😊I envy you Izakaya Shinkansen! And thank you for drinking Zao too 😄The unusual experience of drinking on the bullet train certainly makes it taste even better!
Good morning, Sashiu-san. It had been several years since I took the Shinkansen itself. I plan to have a meal on the way home before boarding the train. I would like to enjoy it again next time.
Hello, Sasakamama3😃!
Congratulations on your izakaya🏮 bullet train🚄 debut ㊗️ 🎉I can't stand the alu aroma that wafts through the train when you open the lid of the sake 🤗I want to take my time and drink 🚃.
It is a local sake, but this was my first time drinking it.
This year I realized that if you visit various liquor stores frequently, you can encounter sake that you have never seen before.
The sake has a subtle ginjo aroma. It was very easy to drink with a sweet flavor.
