I received this sake directly from the brewery. Unfortunately, the aroma was not very clear. It had a nice mouthfeel, but was too rich to drink much. I am sorry that I can't come up with much comment.
It is a local sake, but this is the first time I have seen it. I purchased it at a sake store in the northern part of the prefecture.
Asao Hara was a poet born in Miyatoko, Yamato Town, Miyagi Prefecture in 1888.
When the bottle was opened, it was separated into two layers. When mixed, it turned a beautiful peach color. There was not much aroma, but it was sour and tasted of strawberries. I thought it was a peach-colored Dobrok. It was delicious and I drank it all up.
I had never heard of this seasonal series until I used Sake-no-Wawa. I could hardly detect any aroma but simply enjoyed it with my meal. The label seems to be "Izunuma: Lotus.
The third picture is a fantastic view from a sightseeing boat at the Izunuma-Uchinuma Lotus Festival on August 15, 2015.
The bottle was opened with care. When the bottle was opened, it made a noise, but it was nothing serious.
It had a carbonic acidic, squishy feeling and a citrusy aroma. It was delicious with the Sendai beef oil.
It is a dangerous sake that feels like a carbonated drink. I almost finished it.
It is a local sake, but I first heard about it through "Sake-no-wa" and bought it at a sake store in the northern part of the prefecture. My daughter bought it at Fujiwaraya in Sendai Station a couple of times before she got married. Strangely enough, I could not remember any other person's sake.
It has a fruity aroma and taste like peaches, with a nice sharp aftertaste. (Mrs. Fujinami's impression)
It was too rich for me and I did not understand it well. It became easier to drink when I tried it on the rocks.
I bought it at the store of Hotel Kanyo in Shizugawa last month. It was refreshingly soft and very easy to drink. I heard that it was selected as a tax return gift from Minamisanriku Town.
For the record. I went to the "Rape Blossom Festival" held on April 20 this year at the riverside of Kawatabi Onsen, Naruko Onsenkyo.
I went to greet a lady in Kawatabi and got this sake.
It is very smooth and easy to drink. I always enjoy this sake. I love this sake as well as Hakurakusei from the Shinzawa Brewery.
This is the end of the sake images I have saved up until now. As an extra, here is an image of a toast, although it is not sake.
This is a special prize I won at the "Celebration 2021 Sparkling Wine Mystery Box" held at a supermarket when the year of 2021 started. The real one was very tasty with a refreshing aftertaste.
I was curious about the unique label, which I learned about through this app. I saw it in the liquor section and bought it. It was sweet but had a refreshing aftertaste and I could drink as much as I wanted. It was delicious with boiled hamo (hamo), natural ayu (sweetfish) tempura, and sashimi of soi (sea bream).
This sake was recommended to me at a sake store, so I made a reservation and received it three days ago. It is made with Burgundy wine yeast and is described as a deep sake that goes well with all kinds of food, so I enjoyed it with pork cutlet from Hirata Farm. The aroma reminded me of Hachisaku and cucumber. (Wife's comment) My image was grapefruit. It was easy to drink and I finished it.
For the record. This sake was awarded the first prize in the Junmai-shu category of the 2023 Tohoku Sake Distinctive Brewing Competition. It has a grape-like aroma and a sweet, soft taste. I found it to be a little too sweet at -11 on the sake scale, but as I continued drinking it, I began to enjoy it. If you have a good sense of taste, you may be able to comment on the difference between the two bottles, but for me, they were both very tasty sakes.
It was just a good drink. I can't comment on anything, I haven't had it in 6 years. I used to think the name on the label was in Sanstrik because it was written backwards. (4th picture)
For the record. This sake won a gold medal at the 2023 National New Sake Competition. This is the sake we received. It has an apple-like aroma and a sweet taste in the mouth. I felt it was a little too sweet, but as I continued drinking it, I began to enjoy it. In the end, I enjoyed it.
For the record. This is the sake I drank at the beginning of this year. All the family members gathered at home for a New Year's party. My daughter and her husband brought this sake. It was a delicious sake with a fruity aroma. The first sake of the year was a champagne toast.
I bought this sake at the supermarket today because I wanted to find a sake that would go well with fried food. I bought it because the nigori sake I drank in May was very tasty. It has a strong sweetness, but I think it goes well with all kinds of food.
For the record. Sake ❹ purchased on a trip to Hiroshima.
It was brewed in 1996. It was amber-colored, full-bodied, and delicious sake, just as I had imagined.
For the record. Sake purchased on a trip to Hiroshima ❸.
It was a delicious sake with an easy-to-drink dry taste that you could drink as much as you wanted.
For the record. Sake purchased on a trip to Hiroshima.
This sake was delicious and easy to drink with a good flavor and acidity. I searched the posts on this application but could not find the same sake, so I wondered if it was a souvenir sake.
It had a sour aroma and a strong sweet and savory taste. This year, the growth of ascidians seems to be poor and few ascidians with shells are available in the market. This is the first time I have purchased Mukihoya. The hoya was too thin and the sake was too strong for the hoya. Next time, I would like to have it with shelled ascidians.
After 3 days I finally got the ascidians in the shell. It was a different taste from the one I had had before. It is true that this sake goes well with sea squirt.
