This is a seasonal series from Wataya that I had not heard of until recently. The flavor was richer than expected. It was delicious. It is a beautiful label with local scenery. This is a view of Iwakagami-daira on Mt. Kurikoma in the northern part of the prefecture.The fourth image is of Iwakagami-daira in October 2015. I am sorry that I only have photos from a long time ago as I have been less active lately.

I was nervous when I opened the bottle, but the bottle did not fly open as the warning said it would. It was very easy to drink, although I felt it was a bit chuggy. My daughter and I finished it together. I drank most of it. I was surprised to see the alcohol content of 16% when I looked at the label after opening the bottle. It was very easy to drink.

Today I am drinking alone. I chose this sake given to me by a lady at Kawatabi Onsen in Naruko Onsenkyo. It has a soft mouthfeel with a gentle aftertaste. It is always very easy to drink and delicious. Thank you, Auntie.

Since we had a series of aged sake, we decided to go with this one today. I bought it at a hotel store in Minamisanriku in July. It was wrapped in newspaper. When I opened the package today, I found the inside was normal. It was a delicious sake with a soft taste.

I drank it for the first time. It seems that Miyamanishiki was the rice used for Kawaguchi Natto, which I drank 7 years ago. This time I chose the sake with a yellow label. It was delicious, with a soft and smooth mouthfeel and a delicious flavor with a hint of sourness. The wife commented that the aroma that went down her throat was the same as the usual rice she eats every day, Sasanishiki. Naturally, it went well with the meal. Kawaguchi Natto" at the natto counter has six kinds of natto, the yellow one is ground natto.

Please enjoy it as soon as possible. 　It has a light, shwashy taste with a tangy, sour mouthfeel. It is a delicious sake with a good sharpness and can be drunk as much as you like.

When I opened the bottle, I heard a siphon sound, but the sizzling sensation was not so strong. The aroma was not strong. It had a good flavor, acidity, and sharpness, and went well with sashimi of tuna. It was delicious. 　I chose this sake for my daughter's celebration during the day.

It is a local sake, but I drank it for the first time. It had a soft mouthfeel, followed by a bitter taste and a nice sharpness. I learned from the label that it is called "Osaki. According to the explanation by the brewery, this sake is made by growing Miyamanishiki, Aikoku, and Hiyori rice in the company's own rice fields in Osaki, which is undergoing reconstruction.

Today was a very busy day for the couple so we ate (and drank) all the food to go. 　For the first time, we compared our favorite sakes. Both were easy to drink, but the Hakurakusei was sharp with sourness and bitterness. The Hakurakusei had acidity and bitterness and a sharp taste, while the Yukigatari had a gentle aftertaste. 　Both were delicious.

We opened a bottle of new sake purchased in April. The wife prepared a variety of snacks for us. It had a subtle aroma, umami, acidity, and a nice sharpness. I tried drinking it warmed for the first time. It was even better with more umami.

I drank this sake for the first time in several years, thinking it would be as good as the menchikatsu. It was the thickest nigori sake I drank this year. I had to use a muddler at the end because it didn't mix well. I drank it on the rocks or with soda, but it was too sweet for me today.
