I drank it for the first time. It seems that Miyamanishiki was the rice used for Kawaguchi Natto, which I drank 7 years ago. This time I chose the sake with a yellow label. It was delicious, with a soft and smooth mouthfeel and a delicious flavor with a hint of sourness. The wife commented that the aroma that went down her throat was the same as the usual rice she eats every day, Sasanishiki. Naturally, it went well with the meal. Kawaguchi Natto" at the natto counter has six kinds of natto, the yellow one is ground natto.

Today is an anniversary for our family. We ordered a meat-centered caterer (snacks). We wondered what to drink. We decided on sake that had been stored in the refrigerator for over a year. I had prepared three different Katsuyama sake to compare, but since they are made by centrifugal pressing, they are very expensive and I had one bottle left over. The aroma and taste were pineapple. According to the wife, it also tastes like passion fruit. It was a very elegant and tasty sake, and I had the impression that I could drink it as much as I wanted. We enjoyed it very much.

For the record, this is a 2003 brewed 2018 bottled liquor. It had been stored in the refrigerator for about 7 years after purchase. I opened the bottle with high expectations. I have always found sake to be delicious. Unfortunately, it tasted twisted and I felt a tickle in my throat. I felt bad for the sake. Next time I would like to open the bottle a little earlier.

It is a local sake, but I think this was the first time I drank it. I had it both at room temperature and warmed. It has a slightly sweet and sour aroma and a clean and tasty flavor. When heated up, the aroma was more lively and tasty. Both were delicious. It went well with the taste of fried eggplant oil.

For the record. I purchased this sake because of the unique label I saw for the first time. I looked it up this time and found that it was described in detail as having an elegant sweetness, rich aroma, and mellow flavor, but at the time I thought that today's sake was delicious. At the time, I thought that today's sake was delicious, but that was the end of it. At the moment, I buy and drink sake that is new to me.

Morimin Shuzo Honke and Morimin Shuzo Brewery. These are two breweries that I have been trying to stay away from for a long time. Today I saw two different kinds of sake at the store and bought two bottles to complete the prefecture's sake brewery list. Today I drank the Morimin Junmai Dry. Unlike usual, it had less umami and a light aftertaste. I wanted a little more aftertaste. Maybe this is what dry sake is all about...
