ささかま3Morimin Shuzo Honke and Morimin Shuzo Brewery. These are two breweries that I have been trying to stay away from for a long time. Today I saw two different kinds of sake at the store and bought two bottles to complete the prefecture's sake brewery list.
Today I drank the Morimin Junmai Dry. Unlike usual, it had less umami and a light aftertaste. I wanted a little more aftertaste. Maybe this is what dry sake is all about... yNogu○ Home drinking. Fruity aroma. The taste is light, mild and umami. It is served lukewarm and has half acidity and half spiciness.
ALC 14 degrees. It is made from 50% polished Dewa Sanzu rice. yNoguThe ultimate food sake, and the IWC Gold Medal winner. It is said to have been drunk by Mr. Bansui Doi, the author of "The Moon over the Deserted Castle".
It has a banana aroma and is dry and sharp. It is light.
ALC 15 degrees. 60% polished rice. And it is very affordable. yNoguHome drinking. It has a refreshing acidity and a good umami flavor, with a mild mouthfeel. Perfect with a meal.
