Posting No. 513
This is a sake with 80% rice polishing ratio. There is almost no sweetness. It has a strong flavor of rice, but it is very light and mysterious.

Night in Aizu
Izakaya "Yume".
We compared drinks! Yumekomi☺️
I haven't had 寫楽 for a long time, but it's still delicious ♡.
And this Morokyu is so skillful with a knife! LOL!
He is a young chef, but I could feel his enthusiasm for cooking in many places, and I couldn't help but overeat,
I ate too much, but I walked back to the hotel drunkenly, so I had no calories. *p
Higu also gave me a birthday present. It was a dreamy trip to Aizu. ☺️
Nice to meet you Kokokuon.
The blue on the label is beautiful ✨.
Despite the low milling ratio of 80%, it has a good dry taste, elegant acidity, and soft rice flavor!
Tefu ☺️. What is it about "tefu" 😊😊. Doesn't it sound strangely cute and peaceful? LOL!
As the word sounds, it tastes gentle and peaceful 🥰. The sweet, sour, bitter, and umami flavors are not strongly assertive and disappear while leaving a faint aftertaste👍👍👍. It is a very fluffy and intoxicating dish, just like Tefu Tefu 😙😙😙😙.
I've had a lot of outings and event drinking recently, so I'll be very selective in my postings.
Tabei Drinking Party
A night to talk with sake because I couldn't really get on with work.
Kokushon no Aka Tefu
Yumeko 80% polished rice
Low milled rice, but clean and refreshing
Slightly sweet
Umami with depth
You can drink this much even with a full stomach!
A perfect sake for dinner!
Tonight I drank Tefu from Kunikon with sashimi.
I wondered if it would go well with bonito.
Not so much aroma, but a smooth and thick taste.
The taste was robust and somewhat dry.
(The label says it has a "soft mouthfeel with sweetness.)
No, as I continued drinking it, I felt it was a bit sweet.
I bought it because I was curious about the label. It has a mild taste in the mouth. The aftertaste is quite refreshing. It is easy to drink and delicious.
Visited Kunigon's Sake Brewery when staying in Aizu Tajima
I bought it on the recommendation of the store owner.
The sake was refreshing, yet powerful and delicious!
