Light and fresh, with a green melon-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is fresh and typical of nama-zake, but the taste is light and refreshing and enjoyable without being heavy.
Mineral, glossy, and beautiful, it was perfect for both eating and the heat ✨.
I had a set of Yama-Shio Ramen and Sauce Katsu-Don (pork cutlet served on top of rice) for lunch. The mild flavor coming out of the light soup stock was great for replenishing salt during the hot weather!
The aroma is fruity, but the drinkability is very Junmai-shu! The cute label has a gap between the robustness of the sake and the slightly bitter taste at the end of the bottle. It's a wonder. Delicious.

This is a sake with 80% rice polishing ratio. There is almost no sweetness. It has a strong flavor of rice, but it is very light and mysterious.
