The actual brand name is "Tori-hen" (rooster), not "drunkenness. nobStable Omachi, delicious! t93nIt has a strong sake aroma. A little tingling and fizzy on the tongue. Is it strong in flavor and sweetness? It was very tasty. Since it is a solid sake, it did not lose when I ate it with gyoza (Chinese dumplings). yNogu○Drinking at home. Slightly fruity and gassy. It has acidity and sharpness. The most distinctive feature of this sake is its unique flavor, which can be described as wildness or impact. It is the opposite of gentle, and you can enjoy the changes in the taste as you are aware that you are drinking sake.
ALC 15 degrees, 90% polished rice. The color is slightly yellowish, perhaps because of this. yNoguDrinking at home. Fruity aroma, gorgeous and full flavor. As stated on the label, this is a wine to be drunk and felt with the senses, not the brain.

I've had my eye on No. 12 for a while, found it and bought it!
It tastes like a Japanese sake, not too sweet, with a sour and bitter taste, clean and crisp....
I've had many sakes from my native Miyagi, but this one is the one I miss the most✨.
