ささかま3We happened to purchase a sake from Tokushima Prefecture.
As it was a rare opportunity, I prepared the sake with sauteed chicken with lemon sauce, Caesar salad, and salty cheese (blue cheese), just as it says on the label.
It is true that the sourness and sweetness of the sake were outstanding. It tasted completely different from the usual sake.
It was a strange taste, but I enjoyed it and drank it all. ささかま3I bought a cup of sake for the first time, although I am not sure if I was attracted by the appearance.
It has a faintly fruity aroma. It had a slightly sweet and umami taste, followed by a hint of sourness.
It was delicious. ささかま3This was my first time drinking Chiba sake. It was lightly gassy. I didn't notice much of an aroma. It was very dry, but I felt sweetness and umami.
