I bought a cup of sake for the first time, although I am not sure if I was attracted by the appearance.
It has a faintly fruity aroma. It had a slightly sweet and umami taste, followed by a hint of sourness.
It was delicious.

This was my first time drinking Chiba sake. It was lightly gassy. I didn't notice much of an aroma. It was very dry, but I felt sweetness and umami. In the end, it was delicious. It had a normal strong flavor. I still don't know much about summer sake.
