This sake will be released on November 13. It is said to be the first sake collaboration between Zao Shuzo and Uchigasaki Sake Brewery. The two breweries, both born in 1987, began developing this sake in 1987, using 87% polished rice of Miyagi's sake rice "Kuranohana" and blending the sake with each other's sake. The price is 1987 yen including tax, and the alcohol content is 13%. I drank this sake, which was designed to support local companies and to appeal to young people. The fruity aroma and lychee flavor made it easy to drink and delicious. It is difficult to get young people who do not drink sake to drink it, but the illustrated label may be useful.

Strong banana aroma. Slightly effervescent, not sweet, and with a good acidity and sharpness. Unlike local sake, it has little umami and is reminiscent of a liqueur. This was the wife's impression after tasting only a sip. I could hardly detect the banana aroma, which is unfortunate. I felt a strong sweetness at first, but then I felt a sourness, which was a strange feeling. I couldn't smell the gorgeous aroma of blue bananas described on the label, which made me realize again how bad my nose is. I think I had a cold last night and my sense of taste and smell were out of whack. I would like to taste it again at some point.

The taste was delicious and reminded me of cider, which I haven't had in decades. It was a carbonated beverage that didn't feel like alcohol. It was one of the five bottles I purchased two weeks ago at the Fukushima Prefecture Tourism and Products Museum. My eldest daughter invited me to take the third sector Abukuma Express train to Fukushima station for the first time. Due to the cooler, I couldn't take too much home, so I also bought a 300 ml bottle.

It was very easy to drink, with a light, shwashy and sweet taste. I almost finished it without thinking. It reminded me of the tempura of sansho fish that was served with soba noodles 40 years ago when I stayed at the Kagiya Ryokan in Hinokishimuran, Fukushima Prefecture. At that time, I could not eat it and left it behind.

This is a local sake from Naruko, given to me by a lady at Kawatabi Onsen. It has a pleasant taste and goes well with everything. It is a gentle sake.

There was a person from the brewery to do a tasting and sale at the sales floor. The person today looked bored and I felt sorry for him and bought this sake. Thank you for coming from far away. 　When I looked at the label at home, I found that the production date on the label was November 5. I opened the bottle today to taste it as soon as possible. It has a fruity aroma and a good mouthfeel. It was a delicious sake with a complex flavor with a touch of bitterness and umami.

I opened the bottle carefully but nothing happened. There was a sense of schwarziness. It has a strange taste with bitterness. It is a sake that you can drink as much as you want without getting tired of drinking. It is hard to describe in words, but it is a delicious sake that I can see why it is so popular.

I chose this sake because I thought that heated junmai sake would go well with grilled salt-cured Akinatai fish. I don't think it has much umami. Compared to the cold sake, I felt an instant sweetness, which quickly disappeared, giving the impression of a traditional dry junmai sake.

About 10 days ago, I bought this sake and a bottle of nigori sake at the sake counter because the brewer who was there tasting and selling the sake seemed to have some free time on his hands. When I opened the bottle, it had a fruity aroma with a hint of apple and a soft, slightly sweet taste.

Today, the Sake-no-Wawa app recommended Zao. So I bought it. (@ AEON MALL Sendai Uesugi) We had it with local tuna and slices of Hobo (a kind of fish) as a side dish. When I drank it, the bitterness of the sake was strangely noticeable. I felt it was different from my favorite sake.

It was cold and I wanted to drink heated sake, so I bought this sake. It reminded me of the unique impression I had when I drank it once upon a time. I drank it warmed up, but the acidity stood out without much umami. Sasanishiki is a light rice that does not have much sweetness, so I think it is a dry sake without much sweetness. I would have liked a little more umami.

This sake was given to us by the family of the second daughter's husband. It is a delicious sake with a fruity, umami and full flavor. It has a good sharpness and is very easy to drink. We enjoyed it with "Ujie Super's Gyoza (dumplings)" that sometimes appear on the Sandwich Man's TV show and Saikyo-yaki (grilled Miyagino pork).

This is a seasonal series from Wataya that I had not heard of until recently. The flavor was richer than expected. It was delicious. It is a beautiful label with local scenery. This is a view of Iwakagami-daira on Mt. Kurikoma in the northern part of the prefecture.The fourth image is of Iwakagami-daira in October 2015. I am sorry that I only have photos from a long time ago as I have been less active lately.

I was nervous when I opened the bottle, but the bottle did not fly open as the warning said it would. It was very easy to drink, although I felt it was a bit chuggy. My daughter and I finished it together. I drank most of it. I was surprised to see the alcohol content of 16% when I looked at the label after opening the bottle. It was very easy to drink.
