For the record. Sake purchased on a trip to Hiroshima. Sake made with soft water. This is the sake that master sake brewer Yokoyama Taikan loved until his death. When you read the description, you are in a state of brainwashing. It is refreshing. It has a sweet and delicious taste and is very easy to drink.

I went to Shizugawa, Minamisanriku-cho for lunch. I bought four kinds of sake that I saw for the first time at the hotel store. I bought four kinds of sake I had never seen before at the hotel shop. This sake was rather dry. It enhanced the taste of the sashimi. Jiwarizaki is a scenic spot with a campground.

I lost confidence in the dryness of sake, so I compared drinks. I was relieved to find that today's Ichinokura felt dry. I thought it is easy to feel dry when it has little umami. I think it is a sake that enhances the flavor of food. I was convinced by myself.

For the record. My daughters took me to Hiroshima to see the Seto Inland Sea. Day 1. We went sightseeing in Shimanami Kaido and Onomichi. It was a fantastic sight at the Onomichi City Lantern Festival. I was impressed to see the stairs of Misode Tenmangu Shrine, the location of the movie "Tengakusei" (a transfer student). Night. I had this sake at dinner with local people at "Takahara Seikichi Shokudo," a restaurant in a building with a different atmosphere in an arcade shopping street that still retains the atmosphere of the Showa period. It was delicious with a soft taste.

For the record, this is a 2003 brewed 2018 bottled liquor. It had been stored in the refrigerator for about 7 years after purchase. I opened the bottle with high expectations. I have always found sake to be delicious. Unfortunately, it tasted twisted and I felt a tickle in my throat. I felt bad for the sake. Next time I would like to open the bottle a little earlier.

It is not easy to purchase sake from Kyushu here. My daughter drove an hour to take me to a sake shop in the northern part of the prefecture. I was nervous about opening the bottle, but it ended with a small sound without the contents overflowing. I felt a slight effervescent shriek. It had a sweet and sour taste of green apple, but the sharpness was sharp. It may have a bitter taste. It seemed to go well with meat dishes. I was told that the taste changes on the second day, so I left some for fun.

For the record. I bought this sake for my daughter because she was going to a restaurant attached to a sake brewery. I had never had nigori sake before, so I thought about it and lightly changed the top and bottom before opening the bottle. It was very difficult because it spurted out like a sparkling sake. It was very tasty and I drank it all in one night. Next time I will open the bottle better.

It is a local sake, but I think this was the first time I drank it. I had it both at room temperature and warmed. It has a slightly sweet and sour aroma and a clean and tasty flavor. When heated up, the aroma was more lively and tasty. Both were delicious. It went well with the taste of fried eggplant oil.

For the record. This is a sake that I received. I could not open the bottle easily and kept it in the refrigerator for almost 2 years. I opened the bottle at the time of a family member's birthday. It tasted great regardless of the storage period.

For the record. I ordered a set of sake for dinner, which included two glasses of sake, and finally got to drink the third glass of Jyushidai that I had requested. It was just as delicious as I had imagined. Thankfully, the "As It Is" I drank last night did not give me a bad taste. Today I am drinking it on the rocks.
