Strangely enough, being wrapped in newspaper makes me want to buy it. Various words were lined up and I bought it.
I first felt the sourness and then the umami.
Many things happened suddenly today, but I am thankful to God and everyone for allowing me to drink sake at home as usual.
I hope to be able to enjoy drinking sake again tomorrow.
I drank it for the first time. It is Urakasumi. The label describes it as a sweet and sour, slightly light junmai sake. The alcohol content is 9 degrees. It was overshadowed by the yuzu ponzu vinegar I used in my cod chili.
It was good for eating without any relation to the meal. For the sake, we had a bottle of Kozaemon, which was opened two days ago.
The weather was fine and we took a drive to Akiu Onsen near Sendai.
After eating "Dashihoro Hoya Dashi Ramen" at the Akiu Grand Hotel, we stopped by the Agri-enomori for some shopping.
We bought some food such as fried tofu from Ota Tofu, shiitake mushrooms from Akiu, and sake, which we enjoyed in the evening.
The sake was "Akiumai", which I had never seen before. I had never seen this before. According to the label, it is made from rice grown in a clear stream and grown to conserve the Akiho environment. Akiumai" means "rice. Aki-Umai. I was impressed by the name.
My impression was that it was a delicious sake with a delicious flavor. According to the wife who only tasted a sip, it has a nice aroma, acidity, and a sharp aftertaste. I would like to drink it again.
