I purchased this sake a month ago at the Fukushima Prefecture Tourism Products Center. According to the label, the sake was aged at a low temperature for a certain period of time. It had a subtle citrus aroma. It tasted sour and bitter, followed by umami.

The taste was delicious and reminded me of cider, which I haven't had in decades. It was a carbonated beverage that didn't feel like alcohol. It was one of the five bottles I purchased two weeks ago at the Fukushima Prefecture Tourism and Products Museum. My eldest daughter invited me to take the third sector Abukuma Express train to Fukushima station for the first time. Due to the cooler, I couldn't take too much home, so I also bought a 300 ml bottle.
