Izakaya near the grapevine #2 Drink cold sake Sweet aroma Rice flavor with sweetness on the palate. The dryness appears immediately after the saké, but it quickly intensifies. The dryness is noticeable when the sake is on its own. When paired with salty snacks such as kanpachi vinegared miso or chicken sashimi, the dryness is reduced considerably and the sweetness increases. Good as an in-between-dinner drink

16%, 55% polished rice ratio, Kura-no-Hana, 1650 yen per quart, Kinryuzo from Ichinokura. It has a clean, low-key taste with a mildly mellow rice flavor. I heard that George Tokoro praised this sake on a darts trip at the end of last year, and it lived up to his praise ✨.

After spending the weekend at home, I just arrived back at my single place of residence. A quick drink for the fun of it. 😋 It's a Miyagi sake, so you can taste the delicious flavor of the rice. Surprisingly, it has a little fruity taste of white grapes, a gentle sweetness, and a nice acidity that finishes it off. The name and the dragon are awesome, as if your luck is about to explode. 🐈️🐈️ at Yajima Sake Shop. Sake rice: Kuranohana
