I had it with yakitori (grilled chicken), a recommended menu item that came with the bottle. The label says it is a junmai sake with a fresh aroma that spreads like a fresh green breeze and a delicious rice flavor. My impression was that it was as delicious as usual. ささかま3I bought and drank Gifu Prefecture sake for probably the first time to fill in the map. My first sip was rich and fruity in flavor, with lots of umami and I thought it was complete without any snacks. It is a different world from the kind of sake I usually drink during dinner. It was so hot in Sendai today that I turned on the air conditioner for the first time this year at the request of the wife while we were cooking dinner. I think I bought it around that time, but the bottle was not opened until 10 months later. There was also a more expensive version with the same label that was sold and called "Otter Gacha."
