I drank it for the first time. It is Urakasumi. The label describes it as a sweet and sour, slightly light junmai sake. The alcohol content is 9 degrees. It was overshadowed by the yuzu ponzu vinegar I used in my cod chili.
It was good for eating without any relation to the meal. For the sake, we had a bottle of Kozaemon, which was opened two days ago.
