I was told it was more on the sweet side, but it seemed flat. I don't feel any spiciness. Also, the alcohol taste is weak. I think it is easy to drink.

Good evening, it's Shamrock, a parallel world from Manazuru in our first series ☘️☘️☘️. Not a Yotsuba, but I'm opening this bottle to pray for Japan's 🇯🇵 soccer team to win tonight✨ It has a sweetness that is typical of rice, lactic yogurt and acidity, and is delicious 🐴🐴🐴🐴, but it has a high alcohol spiciness on the back end that makes it very drinkable. I had a puku puku brew the other day. I think it is similar to the junmai sake I drank the other day from Pukupuku Brewing (that one is Koshihikari) 🤗. I heated it up to lukewarm to try it out and it doubled in flavor 😋.

Strangely enough, being wrapped in newspaper makes me want to buy it. Various words were lined up and I bought it. 　I first felt the sourness and then the umami. 　Many things happened suddenly today, but I am thankful to God and everyone for allowing me to drink sake at home as usual. 　I hope to be able to enjoy drinking sake again tomorrow.

It is a traditional autumn sake (similar to hiyaoroshi) that expresses the original richness and flavor of a traditional men's sake. The rice is Miyamanishiki, the prefecture's best rice for sake brewing, and the taste is characterized by dryness and firm acidity.

Japanese people are fond of living things. Japanese people are fond of living creatures. Names of alcoholic beverages include dragons, tigers, dragonflies, cicadas, butterflies, and so on. As an aside, it is said that only in Japan do people love insects. In addition, plants such as chrysanthemums and cherry blossoms are also used in sake names. Among these, cranes and turtles are often used as symbols of happiness, but cranes seem to be used more often than turtles. And the individual name "Manazuru. This is wonderful. The name alone is wonderful, but the sake is also very authentic. It has a mellow mouthfeel and a delicious fall flavor. It is even better when heated. It has more sweetness and more umami. It is a perfect match for autumnal delicacies. It also has the crispness typical of Miyamanishiki. By the way, cranes are the king, Hakutsuru, Kamotsuru, Kagatsuru, and many others come to mind, but turtles are Kamerei, Kameizumi, Kame-no-umi, and others.

Since we had a series of aged sake, we decided to go with this one today. I bought it at a hotel store in Minamisanriku in July. It was wrapped in newspaper. When I opened the package today, I found the inside was normal. It was a delicious sake with a soft taste.

Special Junmai 100% Hitomebore from Miyagi Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15-16 Sake degree +10 Acidity 1.7 Amino acidity 1.3 2025/6/17-6/19, there is an event called [Gurutonami Chigasaki 2025] and we are going to an event where we can enjoy our first izakaya or snack bar.
