Purchased a bottle of sake from Sake no Kawashi
First time to drink Nama-shu and Nigori.
It is very shwashy because it is active nigori!
The aroma is that of sweet rice.
Just a sip of Kamisumi
It is not sweet, but tasty and refreshing.
The "shuwa" is pleasant.
Mild sweetness on the lees.
The umami and unassertive acidity rush in.
Finishes with a sharp bitterness.
Delicious!
I like that it is not unnecessarily sweet.
It makes me feel calm while drinking it.
I would like to pair it with a simple nabe such as mizutaki

As a sake lover living in Miyagi, I can't stop drinking it!
However, I drink almost only junmai sake, with the exception of the Masamune Instrument.
I have some concerns.
I agree that the aroma is slightly banana, which I knew beforehand.
The impression on the palate is that it has the best balance without any cloying taste.
There is a fruity taste, but
It has a good balance of umami, spiciness, and bitterness.
On the other hand, it has a firm mouthfeel
