I chose nigori sake so that it wouldn't be overpowered by the ponzu sauce used for the cod chili.
It was the first time to drink heated sake. It was smooth and tasty compared to the cold sake.

There was a slight aroma of sweet melon. Only the sweetness was accentuated by the aroma of the yuzu ponzu vinegar used in the mizutaki.
I think I drank it at the wrong time.

I bought this sake at the supermarket today because I wanted to find a sake that would go well with fried food. I bought it because the nigori sake I drank in May was very tasty. It has a strong sweetness, but I think it goes well with all kinds of food.
