Tonight we drank this sake served at Naruko Onsenkyo.
It was given to me by a lady at Kawatabi Onsen.
Today's impression was a gentle aroma, a hint of acidity, and a gentle umami taste. It is a different impression every time, but it was just as delicious as last night's.
