It was a stable taste for me. ささかま3It has been three months since I started using Sake-no-Wa, and I have been looking for a new sake to drink.
Today I chose this sake, which I am used to drinking. It is the ultimate food sake for me, with a light acidity, good mouthfeel, and a nice sharpness.
Following April, I received many replenishments of Tomoizumi from a lady in Kawatabi during the Bon Festival.
According to the flier, the sake rice is brewed with Kura-no-Hana by Toshihiko Chubachi of Kawatabi, Naruko, and the brewing water is from the underground water of Mount Hanabuchiyama in Naruko. The refreshing acidity with an emphasis on the umami and sharpness of the rice invites a good appetite. ささかま3For the record. I went to the "Rape Blossom Festival" held on April 20 this year at the riverside of Kawatabi Onsen, Naruko Onsenkyo.

It is very smooth and easy to drink. I always enjoy this sake. I love this sake as well as Hakurakusei from the Shinzawa Brewery.

This is a special prize I won at the "Celebration 2021 Sparkling Wine Mystery Box" held at a supermarket when the year of 2021 started. The real one was very tasty with a refreshing aftertaste. ささかま3For the record. We stayed the night before to see the autumn leaves in Naruko Gorge. This sake was served at the Fujishima Ryokan in Kawatabi Onsen, Naruko Onsenkyo. It is a local sake of Naruko, produced by the same brewery as Hakurakusei. It always gives me a warm and gentle feeling when I drink it while looking at the label, and it is very tasty. This label is an old one and the date is not correct.
