Akihabara 1)
Working at a customer's company in Akihabara from yesterday to today
Last night, we had a get-together.
Same as last month, we rented out a soba noodle restaurant.
All-you-can-drink, but they serve a variety of sake (though you can't choose).
The first one was Hatsugoroku Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake!
Hatsugoroku is a sake from Gifu and I've had it a few times and I like it a lot. If this is all you can drink, welcome 😘.
Beautiful, gentle sweetness.
It's clean and clear.
Still delicious 😋.
But everyone started to drink it, so I had to finish it after about 2 glasses 😭
Opened on June 15, 2025
Purchased after tasting at the brewery
Fruity ^ ^
Summer fruit🍋! Refreshing sourness and fruitiness like Hachisaku and sweet summer fruits ^ ^.
It's more like a drink for evening drinking ^ ^.
I think it would be better to cool it down to get more of its character.
On a hot day like today: ☀️
Introduced in Shunan
It seems you can only buy it at a special store or online.
Very tasty store where the taste changes when you put it in your mouth and after a while.
Hatsugoroku Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
Polishing ratio 50%.
100% Yamadanishiki rice
Alcohol content 16%.
Dark!
Dark, sweet and delicious!
I would like to try other first green wines!
Repeat: ★★★★★
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
It says "junmai ginjo" but it is 50% polished Yamadanishiki.
Great aroma like melon, elegant and sharp!
I've been cold and sluggish lately, and when I tried to drink it as a mess, the very lovely melon aroma brought me back to my senses. It's a sake that should be drunk with more care, and I want to be a person worthy of drinking good sake!
About a year or so ago, when I stopped by a nice liquor store in Gifu, I bought a bottle of sake that I didn't know about and drank it without any prior knowledge.
After that, I sometimes see it in Sake-no-wa (maybe I didn't see it before), and it seems that many of you also rate it highly (maybe?). I knew it was true, and I bought some when I went to Gifu a while ago.
Hatsuroroku 2024 Limited Hida Yamadanishiki x Gifu G yeast
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
Sweet and delicious, but not too sweet, clean and clear!
This is delicious 😋.
Slightly fruity, moderate acidity and sweetness
The first green I had before was delicious, but this is even better? 😘 (it was fire-roasted before, but now it's "fresh")
I want to buy (and drink 😝) this sake again!
I have had several types of Hatsugiryu, but this time it was a limited edition sake made from 100% Hida-produced Yamada-Nishiki and Gifu G yeast! The sake shop owner told us that it has an apple aroma and clean acidity, but what kind of sake is it? When you open the seal, you can smell the fruity aroma.
Now, let's drink it!
Ahhh, this is The Fruity. ‼️ It is indeed an apple 🍎, this!
The acidity is also very strong, which I like. ‼️ This is good! By the way, the alcohol content was 16 degrees!
Congratulations on your 800 check-in, Tsuyodai, 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 sorry it's just now 🙏💦.
Kiri number with a drink you've been wanting to try, nice celebration👍✨.
