Here it is, a limited edition ⭐️
This is the second limited edition sake made from 100% Omachi, a first for the brewery 🍶.
By the way, the first version was brewed with 100% Yamadanishiki, polished down to 35% ✨.
I'm not sure about the Association 1801 yeast, but it seems to be the ginjo aroma from the crossbreeding with Omachi ♬.
It's not flashy, but it has a gorgeous fruity aroma 🍈.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and umami of rice spreading in your mouth while the finish is crisp and tight. ☺️
It's easy to drink, with the richness of Omachi, yet mild and easy to drink ✨.
Yes, this is delicious 😋.
Hatsugoroku Junmai Ginjo "Summer
Polishing ratio 50%.
Ingredient rice: Yamadanishiki

Although the sake shop owner said it was refreshing, it is not that refreshing.
It is rather rich.
The sweetness comes at first, but after that, it is very spicy and thick....

Akihabara 1)
Working at a customer's company in Akihabara from yesterday to today
Last night, we had a get-together.
Same as last month, we rented out a soba noodle restaurant.
All-you-can-drink, but they serve a variety of sake (though you can't choose).
The first one was Hatsugoroku Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake!
Hatsugoroku is a sake from Gifu and I've had it a few times and I like it a lot. If this is all you can drink, welcome 😘.
Beautiful, gentle sweetness.
It's clean and clear.
Still delicious 😋.
But everyone started to drink it, so I had to finish it after about 2 glasses 😭
Opened on June 15, 2025
Purchased after tasting at the brewery
Fruity ^ ^
Summer fruit🍋! Refreshing sourness and fruitiness like Hachisaku and sweet summer fruits ^ ^.
It's more like a drink for evening drinking ^ ^.
I think it would be better to cool it down to get more of its character.
On a hot day like today: ☀️
Introduced in Shunan
It seems you can only buy it at a special store or online.
Very tasty store where the taste changes when you put it in your mouth and after a while.
