I drank Hatsugoroku at an event before, but I don't remember much about it because I drank it towards the end of the event.
Hatsugoroku Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu.
When I drank it before, I wrote that it was minerally and lackluster, but this time, I found it to be extremely fruity and sweet-tasting. The taste is very fruity, sweet and delicious, and the aftertaste is refreshing.
At the Japanese Sake Festival, he came with his second daughter and third daughter, but this time he came with his second daughter and the toji (master brewer).
This is a summer-only sake for 2024. The alcohol content is moderate at 13 degrees. The aroma is not so strong, and you can drink it in small gulps. It is a delicious summer sake!

Smell is sweet flavor.

This is the one that Yucachin-san said resembles Shinshu Kamerei. It is sweet and fruity, and it certainly resembles Shinshu Kamerei 🤔.
I like the fact that it's made with Yamadanishiki, 50% polished rice, and priced in the 1600 yen range (tax not included)!
