I bought the last bottle 3 times 🚃 and went home impatiently because the campaign is in July.
The top aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma.
The sweetness is sweet. In the mouth, sweetness, slight gas, and bitterness.
From the second sip, there is a balanced weak bitterness with umami.
The alcohol content is high at 17ºC.
Classic Junmai Daiginjo-nama sake.
It's not a modern style, but this brings out the best of Omachi, doesn't it?
It has such a rich ginjo aroma, but it's better in a gulping glass than a wine glass 🍶.
It smells a little bit and the nose after you hold it in your mouth 🙆♂️.
It is good as a food sake 🍶.

At the limited time sales event, I️ bought a medium-sized bottle of Nishinomon that I️ buy every time.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. The shopkeeper pushed this one to my uncle who was having trouble. It's delicious, isn't it⁉️Don't you have a bottle? He said, "Well, let's try it out," and bought it. I came home with a good job😁.

This is also a piece of wood that I bought in Machida on my way home and brought back on the train for the 20% PayPay back.
This is a very well balanced wine with a good balance of bitterness and flavor. But the balance between the light gas and the bitterness and umami was good😋.
The sweetness can be hidden in the back of the bottle depending on what you pair it with, so you can enjoy the marriage in many ways. Is the Kame-no-o good? Or is Hinomaru Brewing better? A well-balanced raw wine with a good nose 😋
I've been drinking a lot of gassy sake lately, but it's all good! I like this one!

This is a summer sake from Yukino Kayasha.
It has sourness, gentle sweetness, and an aroma like a traditional yeast mash. Cold sake 😋.
The reason I felt it was more like a traditional yeast is because of the brewer's yeast and the aroma of Yamahai? 🌿.
I don't feel the alcohol at 16 degrees 😋.
The price was 3800 yen without tax. 20% back, so I selected a little bit expensive sake.

The best way to drink!
After a few days, it loses gas and becomes more acidic and delicious.
It's a good wine to drink with a full-bodied meal. However, I prefer to drink it right after opening the bottle, when it has more potential to become full-bodied.
