I went to Matsuzaki and saw a kura and decided to buy Nakadori-dashi after a long time.
It is gorgeous and sweet without being dull. Fresh and fruity. I think it tastes so much better than the last time I drank it. It is now ranked 11th in Saitama! I feel it should spread more.
I was visiting relatives on the far side of the country and missed out on eating, so I went to Junk Garage, which I had been curious about. I was surprised to see a new restaurant in a very rural area. I had mazesoba with all the toppings. The baby star, shrimp mayo, and okaka were just like junk. I forgot to take a picture of the ramen.

Nagatoro, it's one of the sake I'm interested in 🤤 I thought the brewery was stylish too 🤣 and when I opened it, it turned out to be a ramen shop 🤣and no picture of ramen 😝 Sometimes it's good to be junky 😉.
