Recommended Kumezakura🌸 It has a nice sense of maturity and graininess. I also like the fact that the acidity is not noticeable. It can also be served hot. It was a good one to drink slowly. Sake has a wide range. After this, I caught a cold that didn't cause a fever, so I had a hard time. Corona seems to be going around, so everyone take care of yourselves!

Hayashi Honten Sake from Hyakujuro, famous for its Kabuki shading pattern It is said to be a limited edition product! While sweet and fruity, it is a quintessential daiginjo and makes you drink it refreshingly. It is well-balanced and recommended for those who enjoy sweet sake. When I first saw it, I had the impression that it was like Eiko-Fuji 😄.

Kamikame's raw As expected of the local Kawagoe. Here is something unfamiliar to me. It is more suitable for cold sake than usual Shinkame because it is more modern while keeping the classical taste. It is a delicious Shinkame for summer!

Walking in Kawagoe I always swim in the pool, but I got tired of it, so I went for a walk 🚶. As expected, it was hot as shit. It was easy to walk because there were not many tourists. So I finished my walk with a beer and a macho in a cool place. It's a bit of a bitter butta, isn't it? It's a monk's macho because it's Bodhidharma. The slight sourness matches with this heat. It's a bit bitter. The real finish is Tenichi Cottera Negiri Negi Nimago Toppings. I couldn't help but go in because the number of stores has been decreasing lately. It was the same as before. Kuchibiru Tsuyatsuya 💋.

Hello Nochi ^_^ I've been to Kawagoe once, it's a nice place ✨. I've been to the area where you can eat Tenichi, but I haven't been able to go there yet 😢. I would love to try the kotteri ramen!

Good morning, Manta-san. It's strange how Kawagoe suddenly goes from being a normal town to a warehouse building! Chalet stores have also increased! I sometimes want to eat Tenichi Kotteri.

Akita sake when I got home. But I didn't buy it in Akita, I bought it at an event at Ikebukuro Tobu. I was allowed to taste various kinds of sake, but this is the best one. It has a refreshing sweetness that makes you feel nice and drunk. Beer is good because of the hot weather. Akita dog beer is very soothing.

Anniversary sake of a secret store! 600 yen per batch. My usual billing has paid off 😋. A sense of heavy brewing. Like wine, like juice, it's so good! It's not sake anymore, is it? I'm not surprised that there are people who suspect that it was mixed with something else, but no, it must have been. Just kidding. The other sake is also 600 yen per bottle, but I didn't take a picture of the bottle because the store was busy. Both Erzai, Sancho and Shinshu Kamerei are 600 yen. It was great. It is a secret that I went there for 3 days after I came back from Akita 🤫. I finished with Hachioji ramen topped with onion.

Good evening, Nochi-san! The anniversary celebration of the secret store looks like a lot of fun 🎵! Shinmasa, Jikin, Sansho, and 🐢 have a great lineup 🤤! And all for 600 yen, that's too good to be true 😲. I'm sure I'll be coming back!

Izakaya Shinkansen🚄! I drank Hamachidori that I bought as a souvenir for my father. It's not heavy but firm, not light but firm, not sour, not too sweet, delicious. I wish it was available closer to home. Two beers too 🍻 I thought it was a real bear beer 🐻 Kumamoto, which seems to be a region in trouble with bears! Mater beer. Tetsuro wanted to be in a machine body, but I felt Mater raw (beer). It was nice and shwashy. In Morioka, they were still selling liver sashimi. I hadn't had liver sashimi in a long time, and it tasted great. It was a mushroom made like liver sashimi....

I had about two hours to spare in Morioka and drank my fill. I had Nanbu Bijin and Hamachidori. Nanbu Bijin has a ricey taste, but it is very refreshing and tasty. The edamame (soybeans), which are not shown in the picture, were rich and tasty. We observed a scene of a combination of Shinkansen trains, which can only be seen here. Boys love this kind of thing.

Good bye Akita! Unable to catch the Shinkansen, we took a local train from Tazawako to Morioka. Two-car train rattling along. It's nice and peaceful. We were served a bottle of "Mansaku no Hana Touji Selection" in Morioka. It was full of a sense of luxury. I don't remember receiving both Hoshiakari and Hinomaru so often. Morioka in summer is famous for its cold noodles! We were lucky enough to get into Pyonpyonsha without waiting in line. The noodles had the perfect combination of sourness, spiciness, and firmness.

Akita Travels Sakihokore! I drank some Akita rice. I can't believe this is the same brewery as the previous post. It's sweet but refreshing, and I'll have another bowl of delicious rice. It's like that. It is a good sake. Akita was also rich in hot springs. I soaked in the painful Tamagawa Onsen and everyone's favorite Nyuto Onsen. The smell of sulfur was still in the air the next day when I got home. I regretted that I should have gone a little closer to winter.

Nochi-san, Tamagawa Onsen also makes my kin0 hurt lol... it's that piribiri 🤣. And Tsuru no Yu, which was supposed to be a hidden hot spring but became a major attraction 😁. If you go there in the fall, you might have enjoyed it even more 💕.

I saw a lot of Shuyoshi's La Chante at a souvenir shop in Akita. It was stored at room temperature in the sun, so I bought the one from the liquor store's refrigerator. I don't know whether it was made for sake lovers or wine lovers, but it was interesting. The Akita Sour was expensive, but it was okay. The miso macaroon from Kakunodate was delicious!

Akita is hot too🥵. I drank it at the inn because it is a limited edition sake for Akita prefecture. It is quite sweet. It became a hamburger. I made a mistake. It turned out to be "Amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! 1: As the name suggests, Ryukakkosan Beer is a beer made from Ryukakkosan, and I was satisfied after drinking it once. It might be good for your sore throat from karaoke, MAJ! 2: Hachimantai walking tour. I had heard that there were bears in the area, but I didn't expect to see Ane-san. Every time my ball sack was hanging around, a bear-repelling bell was ringing. No, no, no, the bears would run away! I wanted to come during the Dragon Eye season 😂. So Akita is fun too! I don't go to sake breweries or liquor stores without Sakenowa members.

I had a drink with Choroki-san. The actual event was the next day, and there were 4 of us including Choroki (again, petit!). I didn't take a picture of it. It's been a long time since I've been to Miwazakura. I chose Hiroshima sake because my taste for dry sake has been getting drunk lately. It was not as dry as I thought it would be, but it had a sense of balance. It's good! I drank a lot of sake the next day, but I'm looking forward to someone's report.

I drank with Mr. Choroki 🍶. From the website below Muscat and Kyoho grapes resonate with each other】TYPE:X After the fourth brewing of "TYPE:BASIC" was completed, "TYPE:X" with an unknown number = X was undertaken as a complete test brew to explore new possibilities for the sake mother 4-dan. Using Niigata yeast G74 and N7 for the test brew, we will add sweet aromatic nuances like grapefruit to the fresh, muscat-like aroma.

This is also a refreshing type. It's a bit floral. So it is easy to drink. It's like a glass of sake. We are not getting enough work done. I threatened my boss to lower the quality of the product because of the obvious lack of resources, and he got very angry. Of course you are right 🤣 Bring me the money and the people. I think it is a food sake. It is crisp and clear. It doesn't impress me greatly, but it's the kind of sake that makes me want to drink more and more of it. The label is designed with the president's name, and the black label is colored red. I am sure I am not the only one who thought it looked like Motoyan. Shuichi Shigeno's pop-up store in Shinjuku. Sake chosen for its impact Nagaragawa? Dry sake. It is not heavy, but it is firm. I paired it with pork belly wrapped in myoga, but I think it would go well with ribs or pork tenderloin. I want to take it camping with me, but where can I find it? We hit up Rasho, which is rumored to be one of the five best in Saitama Prefecture. I knew that Ushiku's rahsho was delicious.
