It is rare to have a lightly cloudy Honjozo sake, isn't it? I had it with the thought, "It's a bit like Ishikawa. It has an Ishikawa-like taste, but I think it is a bit sweeter. It's good for sipping it slowly. It also seemed to be good hot.

Naotora, the not-so-historical one. Fresh, effervescent, fruity, it was like a new sake from Nagano. It's so good!

Good evening, Nochi-san 🦉. MIZUKAGAMI, it's edible 😊It's a Shiga Prefecture developed anti-global warming rice 😊It seems it's also used for sake, but they also make Saburo 😳.

I see that you are doing a drama with a very handsome Ippo Mi on Thursday at midnight. The name of it is Arabashiri. It seems that Akatake and Kamo Nishiki are also being made into good looking guys. I wasn't invited. Hanamup's Misato Nishiki was delicious and refreshing. There was no Hanamup in the cast.

The Last Gold Course For me, Masumi is a classic sake and one that I often pass over, but when I drink it occasionally, it is definitely very good. First impressions are important, aren't they? I think it is important not only for sake but also for socializing with others. I would like to be an old man and think things over instead of making a quick decision. Thinking with so little time left?

I compared it with Hakutsuru-Nishiki the other day. Omachi has a pleasant peculiarity. I wonder if this pleasant peculiarity is due to the high rice polishing ratio? Hakutsuru-nishiki has a pleasant sweetness. It is difficult to decide which is better, depending on one's physical condition. So, Kudoki was certified as good. I am currently having trouble deciding what my sake goal is for this year.

Sorry for the series of posts. I must have finally caught up. Company New Year's party. I was surprised that the drinks provided by the vendors were too maniacal. ‼️ Aged sake from 2016 from Moriboshi 🍶. It's rich and sweet but not tart and slowly delicious. It's a secret that it was so good that I secretly had another one. I bought it at Imadejade, but it was discovered by Noshi, so if you're in the area, try it if it's still available. I'd love to be your companion.

I believe we also drank some Nagano shuwa shuwa sake at Mr. R's house, but I was so drunk that I forgot to take a picture of it. By the way, the sake was delivered to the house without the landlord, and I believe it was the spicy one that was received not by Manachie but by Riguere Mamachie. So, after the work trouble, I had a glass of Hakutsuru-Nishiki, which I was looking forward to. The low alcohol content was nice. I mean, this is really delicious. The balance of sweetness and umami is wonderful. It matches well with the low alcohol content. I was surprised that we have good sake at home too. ‼️

This is the last of the drinks on the striped carpet at R's house. We drank a lot since the New Year. I have never seen or drunk this brand before. I drink it because it was recommended to me. It's a sake with a yeast called "Nama Hashimoto Rokugo-Yeast" and it's heated, but I don't remember. I don't remember it. Is this a misnomer? Is plus one correct in English? Please tell me, erotic person. When I was in Hiya, it was a spicy sensation. When I looked it up later, I found it was from Kyokko's brewery, so thinking back, I have the feeling that the base is common. I was trying to be cool, but I don't know what I'm talking about. It was a very happy New Year's party with lots of sake and ataoka. The only thing that pissed me off was that I had trouble at work the next day.

Good evening, Nochi-san. I checked the website of Mashitaya, a Tochigi sake brewery, and found that they use No.6 and No.7 depending on the lot, but you can't specify. If that's the case, you should write so 😂.

First time in a few years, Nigori in Hana-yori. There are so many great sake lying around, it's hard to keep your eyes open. I was so excited to see the newest one, but I got this one. Good evening, Nochi-san 😃. New Year's party with Mr. R and his housekeeper at Birchy. I'm looking forward to it because I have some good sake lying around. The housekeeper was waiting for us with cleaning, laundry, and cooking. The bath was not heated. We drank the sake that was lying on the floor, even though the owner was not there. It was worth the two-hour drive.

On the evening of January 1, a family I became friends with during my PTA days came to visit. It looks like their daughter brought them. Here is the sake we got at that time. It's not sake, but w It is a suspicious purple. They say that adding lemon changes the color, but we didn't have anything fancy like that, so we added yuzu instead. We recommend that you use lemon instead. I was hungover from the New Year after drinking a lot of other things. It was hard to make the rounds to greet the new year 🤮.

Akemashite omedetou kotoyoro Chikeratcho It was windy in Kanto, so I missed the sunrise on the first day of the year, but Mt. After that, we had two bottles of Wynwood, so we opened a bottle. It was sweet and delicious. Please have a good new year.
