Tominohozan is my favorite shochu 😊. When I heard that they were now producing sake, I was eager to try it 🤭. The taste does not disappoint 🤗, a nice and calm aroma, sweetness of rice, slight carbonation and bitterness? Spiciness? It has a presence, but it's refreshing. I really like it 🤗.

Noto, Toyama Souvenir 4) Hiyoshi Sake Brewery is located on the morning market street in Wajima. I tasted it at the store and took it home with me🤗. It was very refreshing and easy to drink. I think I prefer the first day to the second day. (I think I prefer the first day to the second day. (I think there was also one with an original label by Mr. Go Nagai?)

Good evening, Ponchan. ⭐️. We found it right after entering the morning market street from the parking lot of Wajima morning market. You can have a tasting at the store. It was founded in 1913 and if you make a reservation in advance, you can take a tour of the brewery 😉.

Souvenirs from Noto and Toyama (3) After listening to the strong advice of the owner of Yoshida Sake Brewery, we had a hard time deciding which of the Yoshida Kurau series to choose, but we decided on this one. When I opened the cork, I heard a nice pop and smelled a faint aroma of rice. The first sip is a bit strange. But as you drink it, you will be surprised at the pleasant umami flavor. It is a delicious taste that becomes a habit.

When you open the bottle, you will feel the gentle aroma coming to your nose with a pop sound🤗It is very easy to drink, but not at all unreliable. The bitterness, acidity, and umami are pleasant. You can drink it as much as you want. I almost ran out in a day when I was drinking it with my husband😅. My husband said the second day was delicious as Ponchan posted, the third day was too little and I was the only one who drank it, but I am a tasteaholic, so day 1, day 3, day 2 in that order 😉.

This is a 100 check-in, so here's a reminder. I used to just look for sake breweries on my trips and bring back the sake I liked to enjoy, but after visiting the Naohiko Noguchi Institute (Toan), I wanted to record it and started "Sake-no-wa" about a year ago. I have met many sake and sake lovers through my contributions 😊. Strict health guidance (1) Women should drink half as much as men. I am not able to drink as much as I would like, but I will continue to enjoy sake slowly 🤗. The photo on the right is what I brought back with me when I went to Noto last March. The photo on the left is what I brought back with me when I visited Noto this year. Sake breweries we stopped by (Noto version) (1) 2022: Naohiko Noguchi Institute (Toan), Fukumitsuya (sake tasting experience) Higashiyama Shuraku (standing drinking) (2) 2023: Shirakoma (Wajima), Shirakoma (Wajima), Masuda Sake Brewery's Saseki (Toyama) Yoshida Shuzo (Tedorigawa brewery) Liquor Pocket Mizuhata (in front of Toyama Station) →I went to buy some Kachikoma. I went to buy Katsuma, but I couldn't get it because it was gone as soon as it arrived. Instead, we bought Haneya and Chiyotsuru recommended by the store owner. I bought Haneya and Chiyotsuru recommended by the shop owner 😊. Too bad I couldn't go to Sogen.

Local liquor 🍶as mentioned before 😊 The name of the sake is apparently taken from the "liquor flag star" that lines the west side of the constellation Leo, and from a Chinese legend related to liquor. This time, it is the real sake. For me, KIYOTSURU sake has a comforting taste similar to the taste of my parents' cooking.
