I went on a trip to Noto a week before the earthquake and bought this sake at a liquor store in town.
Unlike the image of "my sake," it is a full-bodied sake that I never get tired of.
Purchased at the National Sake Fair (¦)
Very tasty!
The acidic flavor is mellow.
The astringency and sharpness are both mild.
It is so good when heated up!
Mr. Ota is from Shimane
Iwami Ginzan looked like a lot of fun!
The izakaya in Matsue is great and I wish I could have been there!
I probably should have passed by there before, but I was just starting out as a sake drinker, so I didn't do any research!
The sake was a perfect choice, and I'm thinking of trying Lake Shinji again in the winter!
I was allowed to open a just-arrived bottle of sake.
An unfamiliar yellow label!
Mr. O said it seemed to be a collaboration sake from Tedorigawa!
This is very spicy!
Sake from the Hokuriku region seems to have a lot of spiciness and acidity!
(with some knowledge of how to make it)
Rice : Gohyakumangoku, grown in Noto
Rice polishing ratio : 60
Alcohol content : 15
At Sake Bar Nami in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. I can only thank the master for his thoughtfulness. Thank you very much. Noto support.
The rice flavor is firm, fresh, and crisp.
The loot from the "Kawasaki Citizens' Festival" 🍶.
Refreshing aroma ✨
The umami and sourness come together 🎵.
Only the sourness remains until the second half, with a slight bitterness coming in 😲.
Refreshing aftertaste 👍️
Sake that is slightly dry 🍶.
At Wakayama Kishu-kan, Yurakucho
Hyakumangoku No Shiro - Soft
They collaborated with an antenna store of Ishikawa prefecture.
I got it when I went there to compare plum wine!
Don't stop with Noto sake!
Purchased a 2-bottle pack of Hiyoshi Sake Brewery's Ore no Sake No. 4 ❗The second bottle is a reproduction of the original recipe! Ore-no-shu x Yoru-no-Teio had the elegance of a white wine, but this one has more of the Ishikawa-like robustness ❗Ore-no-shu comes out stronger 😉 It's like a man's sake 🙂 ✌️
It's not just heavy, but the aftertaste is light, so it's not hard to drink at all 😋 It's an Ishikawa sake you'll want to drink often and often 🎵.
I went to Yamaoka because they showed me a post about it in the morning 🍜I knew it would be over 2000 yen with the toppings ❗I thought there was too much chashu pork when I started to eat 😅This was a mistake! I was too naughty 😰.
It's kino.'s fault 😤.
Good morning, kino.😃
I went to the Yamaoka family again and posted, then someone else posted again, the Yamaoka family loop ❗Möbius loop that I can't get out of 😝.
Good morning, Hanapin-san 😃.
You went to morning rah because of kino. ‼️ It wasn't char siu & chashu, but char siu & back fat mashi is awesome in the morning 😲.
