Hiyoshi Sake Brewery is located on the morning market street in Wajima.
I tasted it at the store and took it home with me🤗.
It was very refreshing and easy to drink. I think I prefer the first day to the second day.

Good evening, Ponchan. ⭐️. We found it right after entering the morning market street from the parking lot of Wajima morning market. You can have a tasting at the store. It was founded in 1913 and if you make a reservation in advance, you can take a tour of the brewery 😉.
