Noto, Toyama Souvenir (4) 202303 This wine tastes exactly as it says on the label, like a bridge between meals and conversation. 🤗The smooth and gentle taste is not too assertive and goes very well with food. It is also very tasty on its own 😋. I prefer this to the Yoshidagurau I brought back from the same brewery.

I had wanted to try Kido for a long time. I found it at Takimoto-san when I bought a can of Tasake (rice wine) and brought it home. It was very easy to drink with a sweet aroma followed by a clean flavor. 🤗

Tonami -> Karuizawa Souvenir (202305)⑨) The second bottle purchased at Mikotsuru Sake Brewery🤗. Good aroma and sweetness at first sip. It's very tasty and smooth. I think I prefer the first one, the unfiltered raw sake oorigarami 😉.

My husband found it at Sake no Yamamoto, and after drinking the spring one, he knew he had to try the summer one. It is dry but easy to drink. It's delicious and goes down smoothly. It is less full-bodied than the spring. It is also very good with food 😋. Both spring and summer are delicious, but I prefer the spring one. Be careful, it has a high alcohol content.

Tonami -> Karuizawa Souvenir 8 My husband found this sake at Shimizuya Sakudaira store and brought it back home saying "It's not from Shinshu 😅" 🍶The first sip is refreshing and you can't believe the alcohol content is 18 degrees, but later you can feel its fullness and dryness. Delicious 😋. It is also very good with food and dangerous.

I really wanted to try it and got it as a set sale 🤗. The aroma is gentle. The sweetness and sourness in the first sip is unexpectedly delicious. It's so comfortable to drink that you can't help but be sucked into it. It is really delicious. It's not easy to find, so I took good care of it and enjoyed it. My husband didn't touch it much because I was drinking it so carefully 😅🙏.

I wanted to drink Genmai, I bought this sake in a drinking set. They use Shinshu raw Yamae-Nishiki and Nagano R yeast (high malic acid producing yeast). It has sweetness and sourness. To be honest, I didn't like it.

Souvenirs from Noto and Toyama (4) (202303) It was so delicious at Masuda Shuzo Sashi tasting that I brought it home with me even though it was a little expensive 🤗. When I opened the package, I could smell the gentle aroma. The sweetness of the rice is slightly sweet and spicy 😄. Very easy to drink and delicious 😋. It went well with the hometown scallops.

(Tonami -> Karuizawa souvenir 5) It was finally available. When I opened the bottle, there was a nice aroma. I took a sip with great expectation. Too sweet? But as I continued to drink it, the refreshing feeling that followed was nice. Delicious 🤗. I liked it better on the second and third day. I wanted to try Shinshu Kamerei, so I asked my husband to stop by Ueda on the way to Karuizawa from Tonami. I thought there would be several kinds if I went to the brewery, but I was disappointed 😢. The others were out of stock, only Daiginjo and this one were available that day, and only one bottle per person 🥲.

Tamitsu, I have always wanted to try this sake. My husband found a store that sold it and bought it for me 🤭. As expected, it is very tasty. It has a light and pleasant sweetness, followed by a sourness that makes it hard to stop 🤗.

Tonami -> Karuizawa Souvenir ③. This sake is made by Tsuchiya Shuzo, the same sake brewer as "Semishigure", but it is totally different from Semishigure😲I prefer this one. It is hot, sweet, and has a slight bitterness. It is very refreshing and easy to drink. It's a little bitter, but the aftertaste is a little cicada-like. But the aftertaste is a bit like semi shigure 🤔.

Tonami -> Karuizawa travel souvenirs (2) Kame no Kai, I wanted to taste it at the directly-managed store, but it was closed 🥲 Instead, I stopped by a local sake shop (Shimizuya) in Shinshu and brought back "Semishigure" and "Junmai Ginjo (yellow label)". 🤗 The "Semishigure" was recommended, but as a young man I couldn't taste the flavor 😓😥😥I have a limit on how much I can drink, so I'm not sure how much I can drink 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️. My husband might not like it a bit non. It's tasty with sourness and sweetness. I'll drink it 🤗. My husband always drinks alcohol that I don't like because I'm a picky eater 🤭🙇‍♀️ don't drink too much 😉.

All the members were purchased at the 0th meeting of the Kansai Off-line Meeting? A 1-gou can of Tasake. I went to Bersassa the day after I saw your post and bought it at Takimoto. Delicious 😋. Tonami Tulip🌷Fair -> Souvenirs from Karuizawa trip🤗 1) "Taisetsukei" and "Kawanakajima" were purchased at Delicia supermarket in Karuizawa, and "Fukumuku" and "Yawakaze" were purchased at Tsuruya supermarket in Karuizawa😊. 2) "Shinshu Kamerei" I asked my husband to stop by Ueda on the way to Karuizawa from Tonami to get it, and we went to the brewery but the others were sold out and we couldn't even taste it 😢. I asked my husband to stop by the brewery on his way home (he tasted and bought this one). (4) "Kame no Umi" was purchased at Kiyomizuya Sakudaira store because Tsuchiya Shuzo was closed. The "Wawa" was recommended by a Shimizuya staff member, and the "Harushibori" caught my husband's eye at Shimizuya and we bought it. 5) "Mujinzou" was purchased at an inn in Karuizawa.
