The moderate sweetness and acidity went well with the dishes. It also has a nice aftertaste that goes down smoothly.
We had it at a restaurant where we had to wait more than a year and a half for a reservation. The next reservation is for the fall of 2024 😉.
Only 2/9 people at my wife's party enjoyed sake, one of them ordered beer only, which was difficult to order, but we paid separately and drank it. I guess good food needs sake. 🤗 ポンちゃんGood evening non non 🌙
