However, my husband unusually said, "It's good, but a little bit..." and it was a little too much for his taste buds. 😅. Purchased at Motosakaya Sake Shop in Yamagata Prefecture🤗 I was told that it is only available in Yamagata 🤗, I brought it home with me 😉.

Tohoku (Miyagi→Yamagata→Aizu)→Karuizawa souvenir "2023.8-7 Firm rice sweetness with gentle spiciness and acidity, It was easy to drink and delicious. 🤗 Last year, we had the Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu (green label) at a hotel in Urabandai and brought back the Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu Nakadori (gold label). Both were very much to my liking, so this year I decided to try I found a red label at Motosakaya Sake Shop in Yamagata Prefecture and brought it back with me. 🤗. I stopped in Aizu, but bought it in Yamagata for some reason😅. Of all the sake I've had so far, I like the Yamahai Junmai Ginjo-Namaori (gold label) the best 😉 I'd like to try a different kind if I have the chance. I would like to try different types if I have a chance.

I met it unexpectedly and brought it home. I was excited to open the bottle😃. I took a sip. Hmm? Eh? 🤔 。。。。 。。。。。 I don't know what to say. I am a hard-headed person, and when I am served sake, I don't immediately accept it. Or maybe it's a cat with a small wheel 😅. I switched my mind and it was indeed very, very elegant and tasty. I don't know much more about wine than I do about sake. So I can accept it more honestly when I am told that it is a white wine. Hmmm. But it certainly has a touch of sake yeast. I guess it's true as I drink more. But still.... It might be a pearl to a pig😅.

At Nada Kiku Kappa Tei, we had a set of Nada Kiku drinks to compare. The restaurant was featured on Sawako Sake. All of them were delicious, but my husband liked the hiyayogoshi the best. After that, we went to the brewery and tasted many different kinds of sake, but we decided to bring back MISA, which was limited to 300 bottles and was quite rich 🤗. After visiting the Himeji Castle Special Open House. We were supposed to have lunch, but Himeji Castle was crowded and we arrived at the restaurant before 2pm, and we had to wait 40 minutes to enter the restaurant.

Tohoku (Miyagi → Yamagata → Aizu) → Karuizawa "2023.8-5 I wanted to drink it after reading Rapapa's post, so I opened the bottle earlier than I had planned. Slowly it has a slightly nice aroma and sweetness. It has a bitter taste and is very tasty. It goes very well with food, but I could taste it without anything. I'll be back soon 😊.

Tohoku (Miyagi→Yamagata→Aizu) →Karuizawa souvenir "2023.8-2 Recommended by Kunii Sake Shop in Yamagata City🍶. It is said to be a limited edition Dewazakura from Yamagata. This is my first time drinking Dewazakura, so I cannot tell the difference between it and the limited edition, but it has a firm sweetness and weight, and the rest of the sake is refreshing. It has an alcohol content of 17, so be careful not to drink too much 😅.

Unlike what I expected, it had a very elegant taste, with the umami of rice, a slight spiciness, and a hint of sourness, which I enjoyed very much. It was very tasty 🤗.

It is dry and very refreshing, but you can really enjoy the umami of the rice and the oriki. My husband bought it for me last summer, but since it was a bottle, it didn't fit in the fridge😅. I had to put it in the fridge and drink it as soon as possible in this year's heat, so I disinfected and replaced the empty 1-gou bottle and was able to drink it chilled 🤗.

Tonami -> Karuizawa Souvenir (202305) 🔟. Purchased at a supermarket in Karuizawa, Tsuruya. I expected it to be Masumi, so I was a little disappointed. It was a little bit disappointing. It is an easy-drinking sake with a clean, sweet taste. It's a bit lacking in sweetness.

Souvenir from my husband's trip with friends. It had little aroma and a robust flavor. The alcohol content is 17 degrees, so you have to be careful about the pace at which you drink it😅.

I was so impressed with the Yamada-Nishiki that I wanted to try the others. I wanted to try the others, so I got Omachi and Kinmonniki with my husband's help🤗I was going to drink one bottle at a time slowly, but my husband said, "We have to drink them together so we can compare them. It has a strong umami and sweetness, but it is not heavy. It is frustrating that I can't describe it well. The depth and breadth is different from that of Omachi, and when the sake gets a bit lukewarm, a different sweet umami comes out again. It is like drinking it forever. Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Kinmonniki all had a good mouthfeel and lingering taste right after opening the bottle, but I preferred Kinmonniki the best ☝️. It is really delicious 😋😋😋.
