This is a 100 check-in, so here's a reminder. I used to just look for sake breweries on my trips and bring back the sake I liked to enjoy, but after visiting the Naohiko Noguchi Institute (Toan), I wanted to record it and started "Sake-no-wa" about a year ago. I have met many sake and sake lovers through my contributions ð.
Strict health guidance
(1) Women should drink half as much as men.
I am not able to drink as much as I would like, but I will continue to enjoy sake slowly ð€.
The photo on the right is what I brought back with me when I went to Noto last March.
The photo on the left is what I brought back with me when I visited Noto this year.

ãããããâI went to buy some Kachikoma.
ãããããI went to buy Katsuma, but I couldn't get it because it was gone as soon as it arrived.
ãããããInstead, we bought Haneya and Chiyotsuru recommended by the store owner.

Women have weak livers, so it's not fair to drink half as much as men.
Let's continue to take a liver rest day and enjoy your sake life ð¶.
