After reading bouken's post, I asked my husband to buy some at Sake no Yamamoto Hirakata store. I'm glad they had it in stock 🤗. By the way, they had no more nigori. As you posted, it is better to drink it a while after taking it out of the fridge to get the depth 🤗. I think I prefer it on the second day after opening the bottle. (It is also very tasty on the first day, even when chilled.)

A nice popping sound when you open it. 🤗 Day 1, it was refreshing but too refreshing and a bit lacking; Day 2, it just calmed down, mellowed out nice and tasted good. But maybe it's not my favorite. 😅

I was looking for a bottle of Ni-Rabbit after seeing Pon-chan's post, and came across Ni-Rabbit, zodiac sign bottle 🤗. Lucky me. I see everyone at Sake-no-wa is also drinking it on New Year's Day. 😉 Day 1, the aroma is modest and sweet. Slight acidity and sweetness of rice, followed by a refreshing sensation that went very well with the New Year's dishes. On the second day, the umami increased and it tasted even better. It had a bitter and spicy taste, so we never got tired of drinking it. We would like to drink a different Ni Usagi again.

Slightly carbonated, with a pleasant shrieking sensation. The sweetness of the rice and slight spiciness make it very easy to drink. Fine calpis? I lack finesse, I would like a little more alcohol in my taste buds.

To be honest, I am not a fan of Yamahai sake because of its habit, but this one is very tasty 🤗. The acidity, slight spiciness, and gentle sweetness of the rice make it delicious on its own or with a meal. The second day after opening the bottle, the flavor seems to increase even more.

It was recommended to me by a liquor store as being similar to Miyazumi. It was my first Sengoku and I was excited to try it. The aroma was not too strong. It was very refreshing and clean 🤗. I would like to have a little more alcohol 😉.

I asked my husband, "I definitely want to try this 😊" when I saw your post, and he found a store that had it in stock and bought it for me. I was so glad he did 😊. Nice aroma of rice 🍶. Fresh and raw, with good acidity and slight bitterness. Delicious, full of flavor!!! I can drink it swishy and also drink too much 😅.

It was recommended to me by a liquor store if I liked the crop. It was the day after my corona vaccination, but this time I didn't have any adverse reactions, so I opened the bottle 😊. The aroma is very nice. The sweetness comes through when you drink it. It is very tasty with a slight bitterness.

At the 60th birthday celebration for tennis 🎾 friends. (1) It says "super spicy" but I didn't feel it was that spicy. It's supposed to be super dry, but I didn't feel it was that dry. It was very crisp and easy to drink, and we had two glasses.

I got the phrase from Ane-san.... Kyou wa shuukyu-jitsu🎶. I can drink slowly from early in the day 🍶. Today I'm going to enjoy a luxurious sake, Aizan by Sakusaku. 😊😊 Gentle refreshing sweet aroma. Indescribable sweetness, umami and a crisp bitterness at the end. Delicious without any complaints 🤗.

When I told my husband that I liked Tasake (Junmai Ginjo (Akita Sake Komachi)), he bought me the same one as last time and a special Junmai. This one has less aroma but is also very well balanced and delicious. It goes very well with meals. 🤗

Tasted and purchased Setsuendo's 2022 Autumn Hidden Sake. It is dry, rich and very tasty. I found it tastier on the second and third day than on the first day. It goes very well with hijiki (hijiki mushrooms) and grilled fish.
