There are a few bottles left that I haven't been able to review yet, but I can't keep up with them, so I'll list the relatively recent ones first💦.
This is a sake that my cousin brought to a family gathering for a memorial service 😊.
I was told that it was a tasting that was given away at a booth in Kyoto during a yeast exhibition-like event that I attended for work.
I wonder if that's why it's not sold to the general public. The label also has English writing on it...
Maybe it is a sample product for overseas 🤔.
Since this is a yeast exhibition, all of the 4 types are made with Kyoto yeast called Kyo-no-Koi (Kyoto love).
It is not a flavor to be noted....
