This sake is rich but soft. bobskiWhile it is a special junmai sake, with a rice polishing ratio of 50%, it could be a daiginjo, but it has a slightly peculiar taste. y-nmmPurchased on a business trip to Kyoto.
The cap is wrapped in Nishijin brocade, giving it a very glamorous impression.
It is fruity and easy to drink, but also sweet, with a sensation that lingers on the tongue.

Yes, this is the warehouse of actor Kuranosuke Sasaki's family.
It is a dry sake with a fruity aroma.
#Japanese Sake つっつんFor drinking at home when I visit Kyoto. ましゃHere is the third bottle of Sasaki Sake Brewery's Nishijin 😊.
As you probably know, this is the family home of actor Kuranosuke Sasaki 😁.
To be honest, three out of the four bottles we sampled this time were not impressive enough for me to write down any special impressions.
As I mentioned earlier, the labels suggest that they were prototypes for overseas consumption, so I wonder if they tasted safe.
Well, this is my first taste of any of the brands, so I would like to compare them with the regular sake sold in the market in the future 😋.
酒呑ノ鳥居Nishijin" brewed by Sasaki Sake Brewery in Kyoto, Japan, which is distributed in France. Somehow I got it.
It's a 🌾? %(probably junmai sake)
This one is a strong 15% by volume, despite the fact that it is aimed at Europe.
It has a modest top-end, and the lack of off-flavors for its production date (22/01) is both strange and fascinating.
The taste is satisfying enough even for Japanese, and it is definitely strong enough to be heated up.
It has a lot of amino acids, which many people may consider as a bit of a cloying taste, but I think it is within the range of what can be called "umakuchi mellow".
However, as usual, the price is quite buggy for an overseas product.... The specifications seem to be similar to those of products sold in Japan, so please visit Sasaki Shuzo's website for more information. TyuioEasy to drink and sweet like water.
The taste of the alcohol is a little sour and bitter on the tongue, but it comes up to the surface.
It's not a cohesive taste, it's more of a discrete, blurred taste.
That's what I like about it, it's gentle.
It's a little numbing.
It goes really well with the strong flavored fried rice!
