This time one of them is this one♪
It's another line of "Moon after rain" from my hometown.
I got it for my wife because it was low alcohol at 14 degrees!
The bottle was opened right away... a subtle and beautiful aroma... and then a sip... a fresh and clear taste. It has a light sweetness with a pleasant bitterness that comes later and is very sharp.

UGO" is a new brand from Aihara Shuzo, known for "Amego no Tsuki" (moon after rain).
The taste is beautifully sweet with an elegant sugariness. The nose is fresh and fruity, with hints of strawberries and oranges.
The aftertaste is tightened by acidity, and it is the kind of sake that you can't stop drinking!

This is the 9th sake from Izakaya Chirori's 10th anniversary event.
We enjoyed it at room temperature🤗.
It has a good balance of sourness and bitterness and is a sake that you will never get tired of drinking 😋.
