I went to Yokozeki in Fujinomiya. The name Yokozeki means "moon after rain. I heard that the owner named one of the brands after the moon after the rain. I don't remember which brand. Was it Jusan-no Yoru?
Yesterday, I heard that a colleague of mine got married, so I decided to give this sake to him as a celebration.
I wish I could have drunk it 😂.

My husband and I went to Hiroshima and Iwakuni and bought this 🍶.
It's a sake of the moon after the rain, but the label is a little different...so we bought the label ✨.
It has a sweet umami taste and is delicious 😋.
I haven't had a chance to buy it very often, but I like the taste of Amego no Tsuki 💕.

It's another line of "Moon after rain" from my hometown.
I got it for my wife because it was low alcohol at 14 degrees!
The bottle was opened right away... a subtle and beautiful aroma... and then a sip... a fresh and clear taste. It has a light sweetness with a pleasant bitterness that comes later and is very sharp.
