This is the 9th sake from Izakaya Chirori's 10th anniversary event.
We enjoyed it at room temperature🤗.
It has a good balance of sourness and bitterness and is a sake that you will never get tired of drinking 😋.

Purchased when I went to Fukushima to buy sake 🍶.
I was looking for a brand I had never had before when I heard a liquor store talk about this one 💁.
It's a new brand from Aihara Shuzo, the company that makes Amego no Tsuki, and not many stores carry it yet 🤔 But I didn't expect that I hadn't had Amego no Tsuki yet either ‼️ Nice to meet you Aihara Shuzo 🎉.
I'm thrilled to be a newcomer! The label is so simple and stylish that you wouldn't expect it to be sake: ☺️
Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊.
The taste is light and light, reminiscent of juicy muscat on the palate😆It has a fruity taste but is well balanced with the acidity so you don't get tired of drinking it🤔This is delicious 😋.
