Sake that I bought as my souvenir when I visited Minamisanriku Town.
It has a dry dry taste with (in my opinion) a good amount of miscellaneous flavors typical of junmai sake. You don't feel it as you keep drinking.
I participated in a storytelling session about the tsunami damage in Minamisanriku Town.
I couldn't believe that a 22-meter tsunami had hit a four-story building along the coast. Even though I actually visited the place, I could not help but feel it when I saw the now calm sea. Hearing about that time always brings tears to my eyes.
Perhaps it is because I am from Tohoku.
To what extent does "reconstruction" mean?

I got it at Sendai station!
The package is cool 🍶I think it looks delicious when it says "hiyaoroshi" (^_-)-☆.
It smells like sake, but it's easy to drink! But easy to drink!
It goes well with Shine Muscat!
The second drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was my first sake from a brewery.
It was Otokoyama Honten's Kesennuma Otokoyama Nanbu-style dry sake.
Again, the waitress told me that it was not to my liking, but...,
But I took it right away.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the traditional sake flavor.
However, it is not only sake-like, but also has a slight sweetness and a complex flavor unique to junmai (pure rice).
The mouthfeel is smooth, and the spiciness finishes it off quickly, so it goes well with food and is very easy to drink.
It was a sake that made me realize that there are many different ways to enjoy sake.
ma-ki-, good evening here too 🌛.
This is a first for me too 😲.
Is it a dry taste that would go well with seafood from Kesennuma?
I missed the season in Corona, but I would love to visit [Fukuyoshi] in Kesennuma someday 😁.
Thank you very much, Gyve, and thank you here as well.
I'm enjoying discovering new things since you've recently stocked a variety of sake that we haven't stocked before 🎵.
Yes, I thought it would go well with seafood since it doesn't emphasize the sweetness 😊.
