This is my first time at Amami since I heard the head brewer had changed. I asked the staff at the store, The taste is almost the same as before! The reproduction rate is 99.999%! If you make miso by hand, even if you use the same ingredients at the same time, it will taste different from one person to another. So, it is natural for the taste of sake to change if one member changes... This is my favorite Wakanami: ❣️ I was going to buy the standard Junmai Ginjo sake, It's a limited time only sake! And it's more refreshing for summer than the standard sake! I decided to get the Juhikinmu because the staff told me it was more refreshing than the standard sake. It's a stable goodness 😍! Wakanami has a unique banana aroma🍌❣️ The taste is also banana-like but lighter than the standard Wakanami 😋. The choice of Jujikinmu in summer is right⤴️🙆 Ingredients: Rice (Fukuoka Prefecture), Rice Koji (Fukuoka Prefecture), "Kotobukinmu 100%" Juhikinmu registered as a suitable rice for sake brewing in 2012 Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16 Production date: 2024.4

Purchased at a liquor store. Sawaya Matsumoto after a long time. Last time I drank Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki. Cold sake. The aroma is a little subdued. The first sip gives a very strong impression of gas. It has five rich tastes and is quite dry. I hear that the taste has changed from before, and it certainly gives the impression of having changed. Recommended for intermediate level sake drinkers.

Purchased at a liquor store. This is the first time for me to buy Suminoe. Cold sake. Refreshing aroma. It has a firm mouthfeel with an excellent sharp aftertaste. It has a cool and refreshing feeling. The umami of rice is moderate. Suitable for intermediate-level sake drinkers.

A staff member told us that this year's Snoclet is rather dry and less sweet than before. This year's Snoclet is a little sweeter and drier than before... I was expecting it to be sweet like before, so I was a little disappointed, But I still wanted to try it ❕. When I opened the lid a little, it started stirring automatically. Repeatedly and safely opened the bottle 🙌 It's so refreshing! And it's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ⤴️😍! I was drawn to the citrus flavor 🍊 pop, so I bought it: ❣️ Simple label, but I was really attracted to it! The 🍊 is as refreshingly citrusy as the pop-up says 🍊! It was like grapefruit on the first day. After a couple of days, it became sweeter and more like 🍊Mikan 🍊😍. Refreshing yet fruity 🎶. I like it 👍 I asked the staff at the liquor store what dishes it would go well with, I asked the staff at the liquor store what appetizers would go well with it, for example, a grapefruit salad ❕❕. But it's not the season for grapefruit, I couldn't prepare anything that fancy🤣. I put a lot of pulpy tangerine jelly on top of the salad 😂 messy 🤣 lol. But ❕It went well with sake 😍. Messy 🤣 I want to be a better cook 😂😅😅

It's my guess ❣️'s sake from Wakanami Brewery! The Dragonfly series It is less fruity and gorgeous than the regular Wakanami series 🤔. But when you sniff a freshly opened bottle, the refreshing fruity aroma will lift your spirits 😍. The taste is also refreshing and perfect for summer ⤴️ It's like grapefruit with a hint of sweetness 🤤. It's not like the usual "smooth and tasty" but it really makes a statement 😍. I like it ⤴️⤴️ I knew it, wakasama❣️ The Dragonfly series is also wonderful 🤩. Recently, when I buy alcohol. I'm addicted to always asking the shopkeeper to tell me what food matches with it 😆. They recommend all kinds of fried food! I tried the fried shrimp 🍤. As expected, as recommended, it goes really well 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.
