This sake is made by Shinozaki, a sake brewer in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture. We chose it for an after-dinner drink. This year, the brewery openings themselves were cancelled across the board, so we didn't have many opportunities to drink new sake... I hope Corona will be settled soon (-_-;) The taste is clean and dry, but you can taste some sweetness and sourness at the beginning and end. I would like to have a little more sweetness in my personal taste. It has no peculiarity in a good sense, so it is recommended for those who like a crispy type.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki from Fukuoka Prefecture This is the first time this brewery They also make shochu, whiskey, and gin. The only whisky I knew of was Asakura. I think this one is a gentle dry sake. It has a smooth taste with a hint of sweetness. The aftertaste is astringent and dry, but not too assertive. It's a good food sake. ❗️ It was delicious.

The first thing I thought was that the mouthfeel was unique. I mean, it's not unpleasant, but it's like that. It's not unpleasant, but it's like that? The taste is as described as a food wine, and it is easier to drink with snacks, but it is not too heavy. It also has an alcoholic aftertaste. I like cold sake, so I drank it cold, but the brewery recommends drinking it lukewarm, so I drank it lukewarm. The aroma and flavor of the rice was softer as if it was lukewarm, but all the personality of the cold sake was lost (laugh). I enjoyed this sake in many different ways. My wife saw an artist on Youtube drinking this sake, so she rushed out to buy it! Cheers to my first sake that I came across through such a chance 🍶.
