Japanease sake subscription for October at my parents' house. It's sake from my home prefecture, but I don't see it at liquor stores at all. I guess it is rare in a way😊.
On the right is Junmai Daiginjo Sweet, a delicious and drinkable sake with a plump sweetness of rice, good umami, and a gentle acidity and bitterness that is closer to classical that sums up the aftertaste.
The middle one is Junmai Daiginjo Dry. The nuance of the sake is similar, but it is more refreshing than the sweet one, and you will never get tired of drinking it. This is my favorite 😆.
The left one is Daiginjo Dry. The nuance of the sake is similar, but it is even more refreshing and has a nice astringent bitterness that is quite delicious.
Thank you to my parents for the food 🙏.

Good evening, Tsuyodai 😊.
I didn't know that myself😅.
Maybe it's a very local thing.
