Japanease Sake Subscription Service September at my parents' house. This brand is not found anywhere in Fukuoka Prefecture except near the production area. Junmai Daiginjo 35 Junmai Daiginjo 50%. Daiginjo 40% lineup. All were dry and tasty, but the 35% was the best. Maybe I was just fooled by the numbers😅. Thanks again for the food this month 😊.

Sweet, sweet, delicious 🎶. I'm from Kyushu and Miyazaki, so I have a sweet-tooth! It tastes great to me 😆. I love it! ⤴️ It tastes like peaches and grapes! I'm from Kyushu and also Miyazaki, so my palate is made for sweetness 👍. I got some Ateamaki clams in Kumamoto and they were so good 😋! Alcohol content 19 degrees It was quite high 😂. Ingredients: rice, rice koji, brewer's alcohol, sugar, acidifier It had a lot of things in it 🤣. Contents 900ml I thought it would be hard to reduce 🤣 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Asakura, Fukuoka Prefecture I'm so happy 😆.

Japanease sake subscription for October at my parents' house. It's sake from my home prefecture, but I don't see it at liquor stores at all. I guess it is rare in a way😊. On the right is Junmai Daiginjo Sweet, a delicious and drinkable sake with a plump sweetness of rice, good umami, and a gentle acidity and bitterness that is closer to classical that sums up the aftertaste. The middle one is Junmai Daiginjo Dry. The nuance of the sake is similar, but it is more refreshing than the sweet one, and you will never get tired of drinking it. This is my favorite 😆. The left one is Daiginjo Dry. The nuance of the sake is similar, but it is even more refreshing and has a nice astringent bitterness that is quite delicious. Thank you to my parents for the food 🙏.

My first Kunikiku I happened to see it on display at a product exhibition, and when I tasted it, I was so impressed that I bought it! It is served in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass! The aroma is quite mild! As for the taste, it's not a gutsy flavor... It has a light but sweet and light acidity, and if I were to use an analogy, I would say it has a light apple juice taste! The aftertaste has a rather strong alcohol taste, but it does not interfere with the lingering aftertaste. Yes, this is a very nice encounter!

Recently, I have gradually started drinking local sake. I wanted to try a draft sake I saw at a roadside station and bought it. It was a bit sweet with a lot of nigorigo, but it was a tasty and punchy sake with a sense of liveliness.

Wednesday after work Thinking about it, I don't have any sake to drink today I went to a home improvement store that sells sake in a hurry 2017 Northern Kyushu torrential rain disaster donation included 900ml for 1200 yen It was a nigori (nigori means "nigori" in Japanese) active raw sake, and it looked good, so I quickly searched for it on Sakenowa. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's a good idea. The cap is also my first venting cap🎉. I'm not sure if it's active or not, but it does let off the gas reasonably well. I was hoping for automatic stirring though😅. It's sweet at first, but the flavor, bitterness, and active micro-swallow don't leave a weird sweet aftertaste. This is seriously delicious😋. Thank you for including my review in the Sake no Wa 😉. I won't be able to get to my next stocking until Sunday 💧I'll have to make do with what's close by 🤣.
